Terrible experience. Six service calls and washing machine is still not fixed. Owner is rude and claims nothing is his fault. "I order parts, sometimes they work, sometimes they don't". Incompetent repair people and nasty owner who is making a ton of money from the extended warranty company. Stay away!

Frigidaire recommeded this company to perform warranty service call on my stove. The service tech who came out was rude, had no manners, and made comments about fires are caused by home owners not my appliances or by wiring. Being a family of firemen for many years and having a small child and just having exp a fire in the home not such a smart thing to say to homeowner. After asking the service tech not to order the part and leave my home the glass shows up at my home, the company calls my husband. I call the office to ask why they are calling me asked to speak to the manager ask why the service scared my child by saying we causing the fire he tells me that i am saying his tech isnt retarded and he will not service us, we dont even want or need his service. He needs to call Frigidaire we never wanted the service from day one when I asked him to leave, they never were on the same page. We had explosion we never would hook up same stove in my house again. But they seem not to understand that. Service company felt it was safe telling me it was, but I would never agree that. They are the worse company. They could be put out of business. Fire marshell would like to see the house they service to see if they are safe. I could think some have voliation. I feel bad for homeowner would use this company- I would make sure their service guys are lics and update before using them and allowing them in my house. Check their paper work. After making comments like they did to me. Be ware-Be careful. You never know who coming in your house. Funny part he want me to allow him to put my gas on. Best Part he tells me you could of used the top of your stove National grid should of never turn you off. National grid removed my pipe completely-And turn off the gas to the stove for reason and he's a service teach that's sad and he wanted me trust him. Let me think-Be careful with Wind Service.

Our experience with this company started on Aug 13 with an air conditioner repair service call. Technician told us that a new "board" was needed for our less-than-a-year-old AC unit. He would order the part and get back to us. We heard nothing. I called a month later, on Sept 12, and was told that now it needed to be brought into their shop. Didn't make me feel good. I told them that I'd like the board replaced in our apartment as originally planned. They would check with the tech and call me back. No call. Monday I called them and was told it had to go to their shop. I asked how long they would have it if they did take it, and John, the manager, refused to give me even a window of time, i.e., less than a month, no more than two weeks. He refused. When I pushed, he hung up on me, not before saying "don't you have anything else better to do?" Clearly, we will not be using this organization. Would NEVER hand over an appliance to organization that has this guy as their front-end manager.

(still the first appointment available with any available company) On my scheduled day, the technician showed, as I was told, within the time frame given. While I can't say I was happy to learn I needed a control board which was not on the truck, I understood it isn't possible to have every part on the truck. However, I was called 4 days later and was rescheduled to finish the repair the following day. The call was finished and I am completely happy with my experience with this service company. I found the staff helpful and actually felt they wanted to help me. I would certainly recommend Wind Service and already have a new appointment scheduled for my Frigidaire freezer, which is out of warranty. To be continued.............

WHIRLPOOL PLACED THE SERVICE CALL FOR ME BECAUSE THE PUMP ASSEMBLY MOTOR ON MY CALYPSO WASHER WAS RECALLED. THE SERVICE CALL WAS TO REPLACE THE RECALLED PART. THE ORDER HAD A PART NUMBER ON IT AND EVERYTHING. WELL THE TECH SHOWS UP A WEEK AFTER THE CALL WAS PLACED WITHOUT THE PART. OBVIOUSLY, THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO SO HE LEAVES. Frigidaire recommended this company to perform warranty service on our dishwasher. I called and the first appointment they had available was a week later, but so be it. On the day of the appointment, the technician showed up and decided without doing any diagnostic evaluation that the leak was caused by a defective gasket. He replaced the gasket, turned the machine on and decided it was fixed. Of course, actually waiting for the water to fill and then drain might have been helpful. When we ran the dishwasher, it naturally leaked again.

I called them back within 3 hours of the repair man leaving and was told someone would return my call. Two days later, I still had not heard anything, so I called them again, and was told the same thing, again. Two days later, still not having heard back, I called yet again, and was told they would need to schedule another service call, and I could have my pick of days over a week later. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told I was speaking with one and this was all they could do. After pushing this very rude alleged supervisor, I was told that I was free to call any other repair company and then hung up on.

If you are looking for poor service and even worse service, then these yahoos are perfect for you. But if you are looking to get your repair done properly and timely, look elsewhere...that is clearly too much for these folks to handle.

Frigidaire recommended this company to perform warranty service on our dishwasher. I called and the first appointment they had available was a week later, but so be it. On the day of the appointment, the technician showed up and decided without doing any diagnostic evaluation that the leak was caused by a defective gasket. I purchased a service contract for my major appliances through PC Richard and when I had a problem with my washing machine, the call was dispatched to Wind Factory Service. When I called to discuss setting up repair with them, I spoke with "John" who claimed to be the manager. He told me that he had to order the part and when I tried to get an answer out of him as to how long it would take to get it... he got extremely rude and said 7 to 10 days. So, I called back 8 days after the part was supposedly ordered and of course it is still not in... I asked if he could track the part order to be sure that it is in transit and not back-ordered when I began with his rhetoric about how he has 8 phones to answer and when my part comes in I will get a call. I asked for his supervisor and he said he was the supervisor... What a detriment to customer service. So, the best advice I can offer you is, if you need anything repaired LOCATE ANOTHER REPAIR CENTER UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE WAITING FOR AN UNDISCLOSED PERIOD OF TIME TO HAVE YOUR APPLIANCE REPAIRED...
