This is such a cozy place to go with your friends and family! The prices are reasonable and the food is amazing! They have a wide variety of burgers - my favorite is the western burger!

Ottomanelli's serves up one of the best burgers in NY. The classic is incredible, or you can mix it up with creative spins like a po' boy burger or buffalo burger. Comes with delicious fries and a fresh pickle.
The space is small, but it adds to the charm in a way. Prices are pretty normal. You can also order for free.
Highly recommended!

Hard to imagine how service can be worse than at this Upper East Side neighborhood place. It used to be pretty good - caring, personable, small. On a recent night, when the restaurant was less than 1/4 full, we asked several times for water and napkins. Meanwhile, our waitress made sure to stop by a table with a single man on every spin past us. A hangar steak ordered medium was very overdone... and no one ever bothered to ask how things were. Spaghetti and meatballs was workmanlike. We talked to the waitress, who seemed blandly unbothered by the steak complaint; the manager seemed almost angry with us for complaining. We didn't ask them to take it off the bill, but a free glass of wine or complimentary dessert might have fostered some good will. As I occasionally say, Well, if it were my restaurant, I'd want to know when things go wrong. Since they didn't seem to care if we ever came back, we won't. I recommend the Ottomanelli's on 86th Street, which is much friendlier.
It's the neighborhood's best kept secret!!!!!!!!!!!! I won't tell you more or you will ruin it for the rest of us, because there is no other restaurant of this caliber that can top Ottomanelli's!
Pros: Food, service, prices are amazing!
Cons: Small dining area
I love this place - the food is UNREAL. For the money you cannot possibly beat it. Highest priced entree is $15! It's a small and quaint place so have your expectations in check, but that doesn't mean anything bad - know going in that you are gonna eat some serious food!
Pros: Food is unreal
Cons: None
The food at Ottomanelli is like no other i have ever tried. Its simply amasing no question about it. I'm positive that if you come here you will love it, theres no doubt in my mind. The people here are friendly they make you feel like if you where at home. In other fancy restaurants they dont give you the same service sometimes it feels like all they want is your money and a good tip. It's not like that in ottomanelli the people here make you feel important. I notice that the phones are always ringing like crazy and they still manage to give you a great service . I'm in love with this place and with its food. everything is good here the steak, pasta, burgers, and even the soups!!! and if you dont belive me why dont u go there for your self and find out.
Pros: inexpensive, crowded
Cons: more space
For a quick bite or relaxing no-frills quality meal, Ottomanelli's is the place. They have the best burgers uptown, no-holds bar. Large juicy steak burgers (quality meat) on a tasty, toasted brioche bun with great spicy waffle fries. Delmonico steak is a steal at $14.00 and salads are good, too. Just don't expect great quality service as the wait staff doubles at the counter.
Pros: inexpensive, burgers
Cons: ambiance, service, limited seating
