I WOULD NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!
I paid for a home visit for my pitbull for was having aggressive tendencies towards other dogs for help since my brother had used this place and like it. I came with a list of items to work on at the sessions. I was told to throw a can or paper at my dogs when she was in that state and since I was going to take obedience with them in two months, she would work out the issues then. She also assured me my dog would be fine and get help and get better. The rest of the time was spent on the agility course. I then took her to the obedience class twice and agility however we had to stop the first round of classes due to health. Since I had paid for agility I was told she could take it in the spring. I was assured I would receive mail with the list of the spring classes. When I didn't hear, I called to ask about the class. They are all now full and the only class she can take is in June. I am moving and will not be able to take it then and will not be given any kind of refund. I was then upset and talked about how much money and time I have spent there and how my dog is no better at all. Then Catherine told me my dog had real problems and issues, YES I KNOW I PAID YOU AND CAME TO YOU FOR HELP AND YOU DID NOTHING OTHER THAN TAKE MY MONEY!!!!! These people make you think they have all the answers and will help but they didn't. I think it is pretty unfair if someone is moving and cannot take the class not to give them back their money when they have spend over 8 hundred dollars with you already. I would not use these people ever again and if you really someone to help you with your pet, I would go somewhere else.
