They take a very long time to fix things and when you call to get an update, they act annoyed. They are rude and don't show that they care about customer service. I will NEVER go there again.

Brought in a used Golf Cart there for repair, they promised they could fix it. Can't call them to check on repairs, they get MAD. A year later they said they could not fix it and still charged me a large fee. What a bunch of jerks they are at R&D Mower. Would not ever recommend them to anyone. But they have a BIG list of what they can repair, YA RIGHT, nothing but an over priced business with know knowledge of repairing anything. Bet they can't even change batteries in a flashlight.

We've used R&D once, they did a great job with the mower, but it took a very long time. Required lots of follow-up on our part to get the repair completed - but they were able to eliminate several persistent problems that we had not been able to solve. I'd go back again - but not if I'm on a schedule.

I was looking for a valve stem for a wheel barrow. I checked a few larger stores and would need to purchase a new wheel barrow or tire just for a leaky valve stem. R&D had what I needed.
