They specialize in dumplings, but all of their food is top of the line. The food is affordable, the service is quick, and the environment is extremely social and welcoming. Scallion pancakes, and any noodles dishes are delicious. i always walk out full satisfied and full. But be prepared for a long wait, especially if you decide to go during the busy lunch or dinner hours. I've waited over 2 hours for a table onces. I find the staff service okay. Some are more friendly and polite then others. But the food is so good.. Who cares?
