They are the only volvo dealer in Brooklyn. They are VERY expensive and provide an ok service. More than once my car was not washed after a service check (it is free with service). Last time I was there, my car did not turn on, apparently due to a dead battery, the funny part was that I had just taken the car for a check up and that was not diagnosed. I have doubts on their services.

Great Sales Team/Pretty Bad Service department

I used to bring my car to get serviced at this dealership and always had questionable service. They tend to be very arrogant and really do not go the extra mile for their customers or even bother to update you when you are waiting until you have to get up and ask for an update. Me and my wife bought a new car during a quick visit one day because we needed a new car and their sales guys are pretty good and professional. Let me tell you at my last service visit things have gotten even worst. Thus if it was not for the sales staff i would rate them a 1. And I am done with their service as well, don't go there you are warned.
