Terrible!!!! If you think this place is a life saver, you have never been to a decent place before.

I feel sorry for the employees, for they are working under terrible conditions.

If you go bowling, you are at your own risk, the snak bar looks dirty!! and the baby behind the counter ?!! what is up with that!!

It simply sucks!!!

I brought my son to Cozy Lanes for the first time on Tues. and it was pretty decent. The prices are reasonable and it is convenient if you live close by, I liked that I was there in 5 mins. instead of driving miles away for fun. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly... The balls did get stuck a lot but for my 6 year old son he thought it was pretty funny, luckily, the staff assisted us immediately. It wasn't the cleanest, and it smelled of cigarettes, that is totally unhealthy. But overall my son and I had a blast and that's all that mattered. If you are looking to kill a couple of hours and have fun with the kids then I would recommend it.

Cozy is a great bowling alley, I've been living around that bowling for 15 years and that is the only place I bowl. Now the bathrooms are very clean and they are hidden in the corner of the both floors. The staff could be thick headed at times but that is only the person behind the register, the staff that helps on the lane are friendly and helpful. The prices are very fair Mon-Thurs $3 per game all day you can't beat that. Also there's never a time when you can not bowl because it was full there's always an open lane.Cozy is a place where you could take the whole family to have a great time bowling and there is a White Castle right next to it just in case you get hungry or the snack stand inside the bowling alley which is kind of overpriced but taste good.

I have been in a league and all of our season games must be played at Cozy Lanes. I'll admit, it's easy to get to and the bathrooms are usually clean but the bathrooms are simply hidden in the corner. Now onto the lanes themselves...my god. The balls are always getting stuck, whether your on the first or second floor of the alley. On top of that, the staff is extremely rude and nasty to you if you need help with something. The place is also dirty and finding a ball is so time-consuming, there's no type of organization.

The prices are good, I guess they have to be because the lanes don't return the ball and you have to keep telling the counterperson to reset the pins and he acts like you are bothering him whether it is a man or a lady behind the register. These lanes make you not want to bowl anymore because there are no other lanes in the vicinity. The only good thing is they fixed the bathrooms,so if you need to go to the bathroom stop at Cozy,if you want to bowl move to Brooklyn.

Cozy Bowl is a great place to bowl. The bathrooms were recently renovated and look great. The staff is always helpful and any concerns are addressed immediately. Prices are reasonable and the variety of amenities that are there including Karaoke on Friday, a full bar and snack bar, make it a great place to go even if your not bowling. I have had and attended several birthday parties there as well and the package is great. The kids get food, drinks, an hour of bowling, a filled goody bag, balloons, and the birthday child gets a bowling pin to take home. Great value for the money! Awesome place.

It's a shame that my choices of bowling lanes are limited due to more and more bowling alleys closing. Cozy is not so cozy. The place is filthy. The carpets are terribly stained and dirt and dust noticeable. The bathrooms are herendous except for the bathroom in the bar. Ooops! I think I just gave up the secret to the only clean bathroom in the joint. They are hidden in the corner. The food at the snack bar is over-priced! The best lanes are downstairs where they have open bowling but most leagues have to bowl upstairs where the lanes are in bad condition. That I will never understand. If you get your ball back after releasing it down the lane, it would no doubt come back scratched up. I am not finished. The majority of the staff are not friendly, very insulting and just plain ole unprofessional. The only good I can think of is that it is very affordable and a convienent place to bowl. Oh. I believe it is only a matter of time before this one closes too. Come on guys. If you have to charge more fix up this mess.

I have bowled at several houses in Queens and Brooklyn and Cozy Bowling Alley is the worst. They do not clean the bathroom, the lanes are always dry, they never oil the lanes and the employees seem to always have an attitude.

The management will not compromise in cleaning up the alley and making the condition of the lanes better. Even the children's bumpers are all broken up.

THis place needs a serious overhaul.

This place is a life saver. The kids are off for the Christmas holiday and I did not know what to do. Driving down Rockaway Blvd I saw the bowling alley and knew it was a sign. I had a great time the kids had a great time. The prices were fair, the staff was nice and I will be going to Cozy Lanes from now on.

Cozy lanes is my favorite bowling alley in the area, very spacious and the enviornment is friendly. The staff is nice too and alwyas on hand when you need help. There are two floors for bowling so it never feels overcrowded there, also like a snack bar there. Prices per game are fair and you'll have a great time there so it will be worth the price.

We used Cozy Lanes on a recent vacation. They were nice and friendly and were very helpful. Call me small town, but this place had two floors. Now that was cool. The natives were nice and friendly, and they were pleased we had chosen them from all the other places we could have gone. We were teaching our kids how to play, and it didn't seem to bother the employees or the customers. We really enjoyed it and the prices are just right. Cozy Lanes, located in Ozone Park, New York, is great. Recommended for all your bowling alley needs.

I love to go bowling and when I do I always go to cozy lanes. It is just that a small cozy bowling lane where the man behind the counter knows your name. The lanes are neat and clean and the price per game is very small. You can bring the family and have an evenings bowling fun for a reasonable price.
