I've been a loyal customer of this shop for years, as I need to swap tires every winter and summer season. If you catch them when they aren't busy (any time that is not the first snow) they get the job done very quickly and are reasonably priced. When they are busy they will stay open for as long as they need to in order to get everybody ready for the snowy roads, they won't turn you away, and will still apologize for the wait (even if you were silly enough to wait until that first snow comes).
Last year I asked for the same service from Walmart because their prices were cheaper. I was 1 of 3 cars and it took them well over 2 hours to complete a simple job (Reids has it done 15-25 mins with the same workload). The job was poorly done as the valve stems were too large, the tires weren't marked by their locations, and the rear tires were over inflated (~40psi) and the fronts were highly underinflated (~25psi) which is extremely unsafe. Such problems never happened at Reid's no matter how backed up they were.
