I had needed to find a good laser place. I asked several beauticians I know ( I am also a beautician) and they all agreed that Romeo and Juliette was the best place to go. I came recommended and can truly say that thet exceeded expectations. First the machines are so new, the staff so well trained and they are most professional. I recommend them without the slightest hesitation.

My ingrown hairs were a serious problem and I finally looked for an affordable solution. I asked friends and seveal sources concurred that R & J was a great place. I then asked for a free consultation. I was impressed with the information and the machines which are used at R & J. I had a bad reactio once at a laser ecnter and was very hesitant to cme to another center. My consultation was eye-opening, when I realized that the lasers come in different types andmust be calibrated. I was assurred all would be well and it was. I am very pleased with the loss of unwanted hair with no side effects.Take the special consultation and take your time. Slow and easy and you get good results.

As a gay man, I find few services take the time to serve you well, unless they ae exclusive to the gay community. Romeos is not like that. They have a very mixed high-end clientele of people, and respect evryone the same. My straight hairdresser recommended me and I LOVE the techs, the lasers and the folks who run the place are super professional.

I hae delicate skin, and it is sensitie to the max.I had several delicate areas treated at Romeo and Juliette's and had fantasic results !

On my first visit the staff was not unfriendly, but not very warm. The woman who did my laser treatment did take time to talk with me about her recomendations and what she would do. I was specifically told there would be no adverse reactions other than some temporary redness. By the next morning the entire area was incredibly swollen and covered in red bumps. It was incredibly embarrassing to walk around like that. When I called they assured me it was very rare, would go away in 1-2 days, and when it occurs, only happens on the first time. It lasted 2 weeks. I bravely went back, trusting them, and it happened again. I had to see a dermatoligist to prescribe me steroids. I called several times after the second visit and the woman now told me "it happens sometimes" and I'd just have to wait it out. I paid $1,200 for the series, and believe or not am debating returning to complete my series, as they won't give me my money back, and despite the horrible reaction, the hair is lesssening.

I am from jamaica and was always told that it is hard to have good results with lasers on dark skin like mine. That was from people who visibly did not know. After I spoke with Chris, and he told me all the pertinent details, I begain treatments. I have no problems and my skin was not affected negatively whatsoever.

It is important to know tha they have the newest and specialized machines, so you are safe no matter your colour. It makes a difference to know you are in expert hands. I recommend them highly.

As I am getting ready for my sister's wedding, I wanted to wear my hair up. But I was selfconscious about my cheeks and the sides. My friends had discovered Romeo and Juliette and they were already having some treatments, so it was easy for me to go with them and see for myself. All nervousness is gone and I am working on loosing the sideburns. The people are very nice and helpful and make you feel at home. Most importantly, the results speak for themselves.

It took me years to convince myself that lasers were safe and then months to do reasearch about the best laser place in the city. I meticulously researched, interviewed and consulted. I did my homework and have concluded that Romeo and Juliet's is the best in the city after all.I have been coming here for 5 months and I am delighted with the results. I appreciate their punctuality, the top of the line machines, the owner who is active in the business and stays on top of the latest developements and even contributes to them.

My legs are seamless, and the rest of me is following ! I love it and any one who goes here will also. It's the cat's meow !

My mustache was growing faster than I cold pluck it. And whenever I plucked it, I would get a pimple in place of the hair which was removed. I was afraid of lases but when I did dome research, I discovered that Romeo and Juliette is oe of the most reputable places. I came and had the mustache taken away. I had such good outcome that I am panning other hair removal. My face did not break out, and I had no irritation. What a joy !

I love my Greek heritage. I do not like the dark and corse hair I have gotten a a result of the genetic lottery. One side of my family is fair, the other is dark...need I say more. I got the dark syltry looks, and the loely bodily hair, which left unremoed makes me look like a Medusa ! I have found the solution at Romeo and Juliete laser center, for several reasons.

They are ery knowlegable, hard working and provide an excellent program for painless hair removal. I am no fan of pain, and having heard from others what pain they endured because of burns etc, I was very careful i chosing a laser center.

What is so special is that durng the consultation, which is free, you get a complete picture of the process. the time frame, the cost and the expectations. There is no nonsense, no false promses..

I am just finishing up my legs and am on to bigger and better areas at Romeo and Juliette's laser center ! I have delicate skin and was so happy that they have special lasers for darker skin !I just loved the consultation I had and was assurred that there would be no problem, and this was accurate. I have very corse and full facial hair and it went up almost under the cheekbones. It made me look ominous, and as I work in finance, this was not a favorable attribute. My girlfriend had great success at R & J's and so I asked to consult with the owner, who assured me that my beard could be contoured to begin lower on my face and that I need not look like wolfman on the weekends when I chose to not shave. The results have been fantastic and I was able to afford the treatments easily. Furthermore, the on hands presence of Chris, the owner, made it easy for a man like myself to feel comfortabl;e in what is often considered the domain of women exclusively. I recommend their services unequivocably and with enthusiasm ~!

Being a brunette is the best if you want to exude mystery ! But there is no mystery in how to rid yourself of unwanted hair, which accompanies many a brunette. After many many years of enduring all the latest assaults on hair, I finally had the good fortune to be chatting at the hairdresser with an acquaintance who told me of her great experience at Romeo and Juliets laser center. I called swiftly and was able to get an excellent appointment on short notice. They gave me a very workable plan and the cost did not strain my budgetr. I was amazed at the excellent results in only a few sessions and have committed now to treat all the areas of my body in succession. I see no need to suffer any longer when you can go to such a lovely place, be treated so well, have all the anwanted hair wisked away painlessly. Really ! What more could a girl want ?

I had been two a few other laser places and found that my skin was getting awfully irritated. when I was about to give up, a good friend told me about Romeo and Juliette's special lasers for darker skin and how I should not have any problems. I called immediately and after a really informative consultation, started my treatments. What a difference! I had no irritation and the hair just fell off like leaves in the Fall. I have almost completed my course on the legs and plan to attend to the underarms soonest. This is a center where they have GREAT machines, superb technicians and the customers benefit greatly from the excellent service.

My problems with unwanted hair are ahair-raising horror story. I was depressed and convinced that my destiny was to spend hours and hours on hair removal, only to repeat the torure every two or three days. My girlfriend had a friend who went to Romeo and Juliette, and she was rapturous about how fabulous it was. I am so glad we came i and I got a very personal consultation. I hae had four treatments so far, and there is definitely a visible and remarkabe difference.. Treated areas have not regrown in a day or two and then hair has fallen out consistantly. I simply got tired of all the work that goes into keeping beautiful. Last year I got my first treatment at Romeo's laser center, and I am almost finishd with my major project. I came and went on and off, and I nevr had any issues, no burns, no rashes. I have also sent several friends and all of them have been very very happy. I am getting ready to retire, and want to trael more and more, and the fact that hair removal is no longer one of my "maintenance" issues is so liberating ! I especially had great luck to hae found Romeo and Juiette's. The staff is very professional and the cost was quite i line with the competition. But, they outshine the rest !

I had heard about Romeo & Juliette but did not expect to have such a good consultation. My technician was very experienced and gave me lots of information about treating my bikini. I have been to many places for consultations as well as treatments. When my place closed down, I started looking for a new place. R & J was my savior. They gave me an incredible price on my unfinished treatments for my bikini as well as great pricing on other areas. i am getting very good results and they are treating me with different lasers each time. Extraordinary is probably the best way to describe the results of laser hair removal which has been done well. There is no sign of it, no scaly skin, no rough patches and it's fantastic. My mom took me to R & J because I had skin problems and they made me real self-conscious.Waxing hurt and shaving cracked up my skin, so laser seemed like the best decision. I was nervous, but we went together and got to see the whole operation. The owner gave us a real detailed explanation and made us feel at home. I am almost finished with part one and I am very grateful to the staff of R & J for making me feel relaxed and confident.I am only a teenager, and it's not easy to tackle these kinds of issues, publicly.

I have finished my treatments at Romeo and Juliette, and now come in once in a while if there is a touch up to do. I had no pain, and only slih=ght discomfort during the removal of hair on my legs. It was the best solution for me, as I had many ingrowns hairs and suffered greatly from them before. I really appreciated the knowledgable technicians and the nice treatment they offer. It was good to begin and end as planned, with no unforseen surprises. I like the cool laser especially.

Being of a mixed ethnic heritage, I have all the unwanted hair that goes with my ethnic group....But soon, as we speak, I shall be done with it all. I just started and had only my third session, but can tell that this is the place to come. I love the way things move along. For so many many years I used all sorts of treatments to remove hair. Most of them can be classified under the general category of torture ! I relented to modern technology when I read about how lasers had made such a difference in beauty treatments and it took me some time to decide to take the plunge, so to speak.

I did do extensive research, however, and discovered the clues to picking the best place for your treatment. I called about, and then I finally went to see a few locations.

I decided to come to Roemeo and Juliette, because, when I called I recieved an excellent explanation of the programs, and was asked detailed questions and informed that I could furthermore also have a free consultation.

My impression that they were careful and thorough was reinforced when i saw the facility and met the owner, Chris. I saw the dedication he and his staff have to excellence and the deep knowledge he embodied on laser technology and it's application to different skin types.

My own personal experience was superb and I cannot sawy enough good things about them. Everyone should check things out for themselves alright, but serious establishments can be found to be so from the reviews they get, as well.

Having once had a real negative experience with lasers, I was hesitant to get treatment again. My friends reassurred me that things had changed in time and that they were going to the best place in NY and I should also. Well, they were right and I have now been coming here for four months and am very happy with the outcome. I never believe what I read. In this case I also followed my gut and had a free consultation. I couldn't believe so many good reviews! I figured they must have some imperfection !

Well, they don't. It is surprising but Romeo and Juliette is really better than all the rave reviews people have written. The reason is, you see for yourself how really thorough and nice they are. You get to see how professional they really are.And when you do sign up, they go out of their way to make sure you are happy and content with the results.

You have to see this for yourself. Noone can convince anyone and no one should. You should check it out, then you will see. It has to be seen to be believed !

I have patronized the laser enter for several months now. I find them to be very efficient, courteous and professional. As for their offerings of programs, it appears to me that they are very fair based on the NY market, and they tend to offer frr touch ups too. I enjoy their punctuality and the no-pain lasers. I have finished my legs and am very pleased. When my girlfriends and I were talking about this subject, and I told them they said they were terrified of lasers. I used to be too. But after visiting R & J Laser center, getting a tour, and explanations about the method and the stages of hair growth and their timetable for treatments., and after seeing their top of the line machines....well, you get the idea. I was totally relaxed having treatments here and I am sure anyone who sees the facilities and meets the staff and owner would be reassurred and enthusiastic to be treated as well.

Even though the sun has not shown her face, and my beach days have been so few, it doesn't matter because my legs, bikini and underarms are like a baby's bottom fair and unblemished. Soon as the heat sets in, I will be ready- thanks to Romeo and Juliette's excellent work removing all the unwanted hair from my body. I live in Birmingham (England) but I fly in and out of NY on business. It is surprising to some that I would choose a NY laser center over one in England. But the truth is that one of my associates told me how great they were at Romeo and Juliette's so I made my schedule conform to the treatment schedule. I am a teacher and am accostomed to writing recommendations. None are quite so public, however. At any rate, teachers do not earn a stockbroker's salary, as is well known. However, this does not preclude them from wanting state of the art treatments they can aford. I enjoyed coming to Romeo and Juliette's because they performed the treatments in a very careful and serious way, and because they were conscious of providing good value. Their packages were reasonable and in line with other places. But the care the administered was superior by my experience.

No one needs to trust anyone else's recommendation, however, the free consultation they offer will put to rest all questions and all potential hesitations. A gold star establishment by my standards !

I am of Greek descent and like most peoples of the Mediterranean, I have had my issues with hair. But now in middle age, I have been sprouting unnecessary hair on my upper lip. My niece told me about R & J and she was so right. No job too small applies here too. They were cordial and pleasant and very accomodating. I can see that if I were younger, I would have benefitted greatly from their services more than now. I recommend them for their service, manner, and civilized, pleasant service.

I am so excited to be able to speak up about how wonderful I have found Romeo and Juliette Laser Center.

I have been coming here for three months and have gotten really great results. I sent a couple of my friends too and they liked it as much as I do. What we all like is the fact that there is no bait and switch, like we found elsewhere. They tell you how long it will take, and how much each package costs, and what to expect. Then they deliver. I had laser in the past without much success. I have seen many ads with crazy pricing but wanted to try a center that had been in business for a long time with experience and reputation. That is why I chose R & J. From the moment I walked in, I knew why they were so highly rated. They really know how to take care of their customers and please them at any cost. I went for my underarms but ended up treating my legs as well. They are using incredible lasers that are very fast without much pain. The owner is there all the time supervising , as well as performing treatments. Overall, 10 +++

Customer service is the most outstanding quality they show at Romeo and Juliette. Anybody can have the machines, but not everyone cares as much. Chris, the owner, has given himself to the industry and understands the need to cater to the client and to make sure that his staff is the best, and the service they provide irreproachable. I have been a client for over two years. I have brought my daughter and my neices. Everyone has been extremely satisfied and has had a great experience. I would give them more stars, but five is the limit here, so my review is limited by the website !

I am skeptical by nature and so when I decided to have laser treatments, I set to work to eliminate places to go. What i mean is, I looked for defects. I called places, I visited places, yes I was between jobs and had some time too. I finally found Romeo and Juliette. They answered questions with polite care and respect. I did not feel rushed to make a decision.

When I decided, after my consultation, to get treatments, they were excellent. I had smooth skin in the time I was told to expect it. I got some free touch ups and voila I was done. With part one.

Romeo and Juliette treats you so well, you decide to finish up all the stuff you want done in the realm of hair removal. Why go anywhere else ? The staff is so professional, the place is so clean and well located. They are polite and friendly there. And I did not have to mortgage my condo to get the treatments !

I work for a dermatologist and when several of our patients went to Romeo and Juliette, I was interested myself.I have very rough skin on my legs and shaving, because of moles was always difficult. I decided to try lasers and since Romeo and Juliette was so rightfully as it turns out, highly rated, I went there.

I now understand why the doctor I work for refers clients and why so many have such nice things to say. Mt treatments went very well and I now no longer chop up my legs while shaving.

I really liked the techs at Romeos and I was happy to see that the whole thing was affordable for me too. I also would recommend them without any hesitation at all.

Romeo and Juliette was the winner last year of the best of Citysearch and that is why I called and went to see them. But they were so wonderful, I was surprised. Often the best or the biggest does not have such a fine attention to detail and customer orientation, because they are too big and too full of themselves. This is not the case here. They are very humble and down to earth and ever so nice. This is so important at a time when everyone is so business like and yet so impersonal. I love the way they pay attention and the way they remember you and ask about you when you come. You become like a friend, they care. This makes all the difference for me.

I had a terrible experience a few years ago and was very wary of using lasers because of burns I had from a previous laser treatment. I called R & J and spoke at length and discovered Chris, the owner, and I was very impressed with the attention to detail and experienec he displayed. I have sinec been to the center and had a course of treatments which went very very well. I hope to continue and am very happy with the outcome.

I have twop brothers and two sisters, We are a large Neapolitano family and all of us have come to Romeo and Juliette. The boys wanted lesss hair showing out of their shirt collars, and the girls wanted to perfect the Italian good looks we got fro our parents !

What to say in a recommendation ? Well, what matters ? Cleanliness, well maintained high end machines, good technicians to operate them and a fine and civilized atmosphere to come to when paying a fair rate in a cosmopolitan city.

Roemeo and Juliette does not disappoint on any level. It appeals to those who seek perfection and yet who have a budget to live on. We do like to eat too ! especially as Italians ! All five of us are in one fell swoop crazy about Romeo and Juliette and the excellent services they provide. Their lasers were great and none of us had even a tiny bit of irritation.It all was done as described and there were excellent consultations and they delivered what they offered. Thanks Chris !
