Bought a pool package from Gary Pool's and the wall rotted through 4 years later. The floor sales were very reluctant to help us or get involved. After taking a lot of pictures and Gary Pools sending them to the manufacturer in Quebec, Canada, The manufacturer responds back that probably a stone hit the pool wall and caused the rotted area. In NONE of the pictures is there any stones in our yard. Then as a "Good Will Gesture" the manufacturer would only cover 50% of the pool wall value of the 4 year old pool. Plus the manufacturer wanted $264 in freight charges because they would only allow it to be sent from their location in Quebec, Canada to allow coverage. We would be required to come up with $836 and send it to Trendium Pools and then they would ship it out within 30 days. Gary Pool's were NO HELP in this process other than the main sales guy complaining that he regretted getting involved at all with our issue. Gary Pool's Warranty is 1000% USELESS!!!!!!! After everything was sent back and forth with their supplier then the sales guy offered us a repair company to come over and repair the wall but none of this was covered at all. This repair would cost $200 to $500 depending on what they found. We will Never shop here again!!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE BEFORE BUYING ANY OF THESE INEXPENSIVE POOL PACKAGES THEY OFFER!!!!!! They are inexpensive because they do not stand behind any of their warranty plans and neither does their supplier.!!!!!! We went to a reputable pool supplier and got rid of the JUNK we purchased from Gary Pools!!!!! Don't shop here!!! Runnnnnnnn Away!!!!!!!

i had problems replacing parts for my gas grill. gary had parts and expertise i couldnt find with the manufacturer themselves, searching online and calls to every pool, recreation and home improvement store in the area.

My whole experience was wonderful! I bought a hot tub and patio furniture. They gave me a great deal and the employees were extremely helpful and very knowledgable. I am pleased with all of my purchases and i will continue buying from them.

I only have dealt with Clarence store and they are very helpful .
I had 4 lounge chairs re- slung with new fabric - dropped off in fall and taking delivery tomorrow 02/22/11 . I was able to take fabric samples home and select in the correct environment. I stopped by over the week end at the Union Ave store location and was very pleased at how nice a job they did. It cost me almost as much as new , 90.00 for fabric and 40.00 labor per lounge chair but my frames are heavy duty aluminum and perfectly fine so I didn't want to send them to a landfill... New lounge cost 139.99 at Bj's but the frames are not as heavy as mine are. So, if you have patio furniture worth saving , have Gary's re sling them for you.

I purchased a Jacuzzi from Gary's about a year and a half ago. I was told that Jacuzzi had the best quality and service. Well, my Jacuzzi no longer works due to an electrical problem in the tub itself. I called Gary's to complain and was told by the manager that it was "not his problem". He then went on to literally yell at me before hanging up on me. I called the Jacuzzi home office and was told that they have had many complaints about Gary's. Needless to say, I will never purchase anything from Gary's again.

My experience was pretty awful. Not only was the product I was seeking 3 times more expensive than average online pricing, the staff was actually very discourteous. Upon mentioning that I needed assistance finding the correct filter, I was told to "stand back and wait like everybody else". Once helped, I was told to make it really quick as "I have a thousand things to do". At that point I left and now take my business elsewhere. They have lost about $1200.00 of my money annually. I am no stranger to the level of service provided in this industry. Considering this... Gary Pools has really fallen short of even that expectation.

Terrible customer service. I now drive the extra miles to visit the friendly, helpful staff at the clarence location. Smaller more intimate business. They are just excellent!

Gary Pools & Leisure is located at the town lines of Cheektowaga and West Seneca. They carry a HUGE variety of items pertaining to your summer fun. When you walk in the very large showroom, you will be shocked to see full size pools and hot tubs set up and running, as well as scale models available to help you in your decision of buying a pool or spa. They carry a very large assortment of lawn furniture also, many brands and styles. They also carry summer games, pool and spa chemicals, pool cleaners and much, much more. The employees are wonderful, taking the time to answer questions and show customers around the store. There is no high pressure sales tactics with the employees which is a big bonus!
