Taco Bell

I am a Lynbrook resident who has been a loyal customer of Taco Bell for a very long time. On June 11, 2008 around 9pm.I went to the drive thru and places my order then when I got to the next window to pick up my order to my dismay Id seen 2 gentlemen fooling around and the man taking the order was running around trying to get things done with no help from anyone else. After I arrived at my home I saw that my order wasnt correct, the Chulupa shells were not cooked well, I was not asked or given any sauces. I have worked in the culinary field for years and lazy people are unacceptable or in any field of work.

I like this restaurant because it is clean, the food is good and they usually give you enough of it. Their prices are great. The staff try to be helpful, but sometimes have a hard time understanding me. I order a lot of special orders, such as no lettuce and no tomato, they almost always get it wrong at the drive through window and they get it wrong about half the time in the store. They have one person bathrooms which are large enough and clean. They have a nice sized dining room. They accept major credit cards. They also have a large parking lot. I would definitely eat there again, I would just check my order before leaving if I get take out.

PROS: Good food at great prices
CONS: You don't always get what you order.
