Caribbean Forest

A few weeks ago i stumbled upon caribbean forest, and was truley impressed fish with their selection. However i purchased over $80 worth of live stock, and later found out that i did not recieve their discount card. Not only that but the fish i bought was diseased. (He had ick) and soon died, which gave all of my other fish ick. Lastly when i tried to get ahold of someone at their store to try and resolve this incident, i was told to call back and speak with a manager, so i tried to call back... but no manager seemed to be on location for a solid 5 days. When i finally spoke to a manager they were rude. needless to say i will NOT be going back there EVER again. I will be keeping my buisness where it is appreciated, The Reef Shop, which is right around the corner. And my favorite place to go for aquatic life NEPTUNES GARDENDS in Batavia.

We were trying to teach our boys about salt water fish, and the sales staff was very helpful in educating my son about the care and maintenance needed for these specialty fish. They had enough of a variety to hold my sons interest and they spoke to him politely. They answered all of his questions and were quite patient with him.
