I think the staff here are helpful, nice, and it is reasonably priced.

The staff is unhurried and rude, wouldn't answer my questions about different types of contact lenses. I finally managed to order contact lenses - that they had to order for the following week.They said they would call me when they came in. They didn't.
I called a week later, and they, without apology, blamed the lens distributor that had sent them the wrong lenses. I was told again that they would call to let me know when the correct lenses did come in. They didn't.
I called another week later. I was told they had come in, so went again to the store. The staff was again unhurried and rude, arguing amongst themselves while eating sandwiches. Between bites, they explained to me that discomfort I felt was due to the sizing of the lenses being wrong, and that they would have to order another pair, that I would have to return the following week.
I was tired of this and asked if they could just give me the prescription for my contact lenses with which I could go to another optometrist for my lenses and was told that no, I had to finish with the trial lenses, and that at that time I would have to pay more money to leave with my prescription without buying lenses from them.
They didn't call the following week either so I called again and was told they had the lenses. I went to the store and found they had ordered the wrong lenses. Regardless, they wanted to use these other lenses of a completely different type of lens for my trial. I refused. They said it was reasonable to try out a completely different type of lens than the kind I intended to use.
Fed up, I asked for a refund, and was told that this was impossible. They provided me no service, wasted a month of my time and were really mean and unpleasant the whole time.
The worst. Horrible people, no service. Skip it.

Pros: It's a store that appears to provide services.

Cons: They don't. And they treat you badly while they don't.
