Went in for service on my CR-V (15,000 mile maintenance) and was pleased to have everything done fast and within my budget. The service department guys are always friendly and helpful in answering any questions I have. And of course, my salesman (Tony) recognized me, remembered my name and asked me how I was doing. It??s nice to know that I??m not just a closed deal to him after I left with my new truck. This is my third vehicle from Ralph?and it??s the little things like that that keep me going back. Good job guys!

Recently Bought a Honda Accord here. Last one I bought was also from Ralph - in 1994 ! I love this one as much as I loved the last one. Very happy with the whole process. It was easy and I got a fair price.

Met with the Sales Man of the Year for 2007-2010 to consider purchased of a Honda on the lot. Caught him manipulated the kelly blue book vaue by putting in options the car did not have so it would inflate market value higher than what they were selling it for. What an insulting and disappointing experience. Be very careful. They are willing to lie to get a sale.

My wife and I bought a new Honda Odyssey from Ralph Honda in 2009. We had held out on buying a minivan but having our 3rd child put us over the top. We needed more room! With a growing family and little extra cash we were looking for a fair deal on a vehicle we could trust with our whole family. In fact, we took our whole family to Ralph to check out the car. Even with our little ones poking around the showroom (enough to test anyone's patience) the sales staff at Ralph couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating. They matched us with the vehicle we needed and they gave us a great trade-in for the Explorer we had outgrown. In the past two years, we've taken the car back to Ralph for regular service and have had only positive experiences. I'm not a ""car person"" so any car maintanence makes me nervous about getting ripped off. Not only have I never felt that way about Ralph, but my wife (the primary Odyssey driver) has often remarked that she feels the same way too. Buying and getting car service makes us as nervous as anyone - that's why I'd like to spread the word about this great company. Ralph Honda treated our whole family like family. We'll be back there whenever we need service. And we're looking forward to the day we can get something a little sportier than a minivan too!

Steve, one of the guys in the repair shop wouldn't make eye contact with me when came to the waiting area and told me about my "horrible" brake pads. I brought my car in for ONLY an oil change and was told ALL my brake pads & rotors needed replaced. I wondered why they were checking my brake pads when I simply brought it in for an oil change. A year ago, I had my front brakes & rotors replaced, so I was a bit puzzled that I was being told I needed new front AND rears already. I put probably 9,000 miles on it over the course of a year, and most of that was highway driving. It passed inspection there about 2 months prior to being told I needed new pads & rotors. They tried to upsell me, but I told them I didn't have time for the brake pad change that day, so I paid for my oil change and left. I have since taken my car to 2 other places for a brake inspection (I saw the brake pads myself), and was told I have plenty of life left on them. I'm glad I told Ralph 'NO". Do yourself a favor (ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN) and take it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion before you let them try to upsell you. I saved myself over $500 by taking it in for two 2nd opinions.

Their staff is very knowledgeable and I am treated like one of the family. We recently purchased a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country from this dealership only to find out that it had major engine troubles. Only 6 months after owning this car the entire engine needs to be replaced. Ralph Honda wanted nothing to do with us other than to tell us to "contact Chrysler". If you are not going to stand by a product you see do not sell it. They charged up $12,000.00 for a pile of junk and I want a refund! Stay away from this place as they offer you no recourse. I have four sons that will be up and coming drivers and I could have given them a lot of business...now they will get none and I will tell everyone I come in contact with about our experience with them. We were ripped off! Hopefully the Attorney General will help us deal with them.

He answered all my questions and I was treated with the utmost respect. I was not pressured into a buying decision and everything was explained thoroughly. I was also in and out when I took delivery. I called up Ralph Pontiac with some warranty work (rear driver's window wasn't working) on my '07 CR-V. The person I talked to told me that they would provide a rental car as part of the warranty work. When I dropped my car off, however, I was told that the dealership could set up a rental at my expense, that the rental I was promised apparently would only be paid for if I had an extended warranty, and they didn't have any loaner cars. I've never worked with a dealership that didn't have loaner cars for customers needing long term work, and I was a little upset that the person I dealt with at the service department seemed less than willing to work something out when I got there, based on their misinformation. In addition, in the middle of assisting me, he stopped midstream to process another customer who came in *after* me and spent time talking with a third customer (I guess it was one of his buddies) about *his* car trouble.

I am getting the work completed there this time, but I will definitely not recommend them to anyone, and I will drive the extra 15 minutes to Holtz Honda in Henrietta for any other work. At least the people I've dealt with there know the value of their customers.
