Blue Bird Taxi Servicing Corp

Bluebird has rude divers, and dispatchers. I recently got into a bluebird cab, and its smell like marijuana. The driver seems to be high, and the dispatcher told me he would send a cab right away. Lo and behold the cab came 1/2hr later. This has happen a number time before in the past. This company thinks it has a monopoly in this town, but people are feed up with this out of control behavior. There web site is just a faade it does not represent the true company. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!: (We accept all major credit card s) blue bird does not have credit cards machine in there cabs. So you have to divulge all your information to a stranger. (Account number, and three digit security code), which the driver writes down on a piece of paper. (Things that should make you go hummmm)!

When I was growing up in New Rochelle (in the 50s!), Blue Bird was always the taxi to call. Just recently I was in a position where I needed a taxi in New Rochelle. The phone number is even the same! How I remembered it I will never know but I tried it and it worked. (Well, if you look the number up it is no longer NE 2 for NEw Rochelle 2 but instead is really 632 - but that still translates to NE2. What a hoot!)

The driver was there quickly and was pleasant. The cab was very clean. Since I have just used it once since my childhood I do not know if this is the way it always is or if I was just lucky, but I will assume it is the way it always is now because that is the way it always was.
