Tara Nail Salon

I have been a faithful customer of Tara's for years. I have gone for everything (manicure/pedicures to threading for eyebrows). The prices are a lot cheaper than the city where I used to get my "grooming" done. I have never had an issue, in fact, I have always recommended this place to my friends in the city. That is until they took HALF of my eyebrow OFF!! I have dark eyebrows so it is extremely noticeable when they are uneven. Imagine walking around with one and a half eyebrows! I was so upset. Then when I am explaining to her that this is unacceptable, the woman (who happens to be the owner) gets upset like it's my fault. She tells me that my eyebrows needed to be overwaxed so they could grow in evenly. Complete BS! Then she proceeds to talk about me to her workers like I dont understand. (I lived in Nepal for two years and understood everything they said). If you are going for something that can be easily fixed, i.e. mani/pedi go, it's a good price and you wont have to worry about looking like a complete ass if they mess up. However, if you need your eyebrows done, go someplace else. You might pay more but at least you wont look like a clown on crack!
