On a good day, this small Brazilian restaurant is a good delivery option in midtown, producing down-home Latin food (the feijoada and stewed-chicken items are especially good) that travels well for delivery. Service, however, can be inconsistent, as can the quality and seasoning of the dishes.

The wait staff was great, the owner is really sweet. The food was good, but the portions were so small. Yes the price is cheap, but I wanted more food....

Quaint, colorful decor and savory offerings make Rice and Beans a certifiable cultural experience. A little pricey for pollo, but your pallate won't be left unsatisfied.

I ordered rice and beans with a chicken dish. I thought the chicken was moist and tender and the rice and beans were delicious. Also, the bread they gave as an appetizer was moist and warm. YUMMY!
