I have used Dr. Miller for the last ten years for three of my bulldogs. He is professional, courteous and exceptionally knowledgeable. I like the fact that he spends a great deal of time with each patient. He is always willing to listen to questions and explains things in plain english. It is a.lso apparent that he truly loves animals. I highly recommend him.

I would not recommend this vet. The vets' and staff's attitudes toward clients are unprofessional. I needed to probe for answers about why my dog was prescribed an antibiotic. I was also uncomfortable with the way they handled him - loud, excited and impatient - not the kind of experience you want your animal to have at a veterinary clinic.

Pros: None

Cons: Interaction with animals, attitude toward customers

Dr. Miller and team are top notch! When choosing a vet it's always comforting to know that the person has what I call that "animal connection" and you find it here. It seems he can do anything with my cat w/o much fuss, quiet, loving restraint and the staff are comforting, courteous and professional. Dr. Miller seems to be the type of vet that errs on the side of caution so your animal doesn't have to deal with any unnecessary treatment. My cats love him and our visits with him are always stress free [for the cat ;)]! You won't be disappointed if you decide to choose Dr. Miller as the vet for your Pet.

I've taken my cat to Carnegie Hill Vets for almost 4 yrs since moving to the neighborhood. Dr. Miller thinks out loud with you, admits when he isn't sure about something and diagnoses really well. Under his care my 17 yr- old cat 's health problems are stable. The other vets have also been very helpful. Two of his receptionists left when having babies; replacement staff has been competent as well as nice. CH is about the same price as most private vet offices are. I recommend them.

I switched to this vet from ASPCA, and it's much better. Easier to get an appointment, much shorter wait. And staff are very helpful, courteous. Even assisted me over the phone when my cat was in grave sickness. I believe they only have Sat hours, but not Sunday. And not weeknights.

PROS: Helpful staff, easy to get appointment
CONS: Expensive
