This restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere! Gorgeous crystal chandeliers right next to antique rifles. Quiet and lovely. The waitstaff was immeasurably delightful! The food was pricey, but we left full and happy. I originally ordered the Beef Wellington, however it was "aged" maybe a little too long. I reordered "Surf and Turf" and that was delicious! I am usually very picky (and would normally be rather put off having to order a different main course) but our waitress was so wonderful and lively (even at about 7 mos pregnant!) and the atmosphere was so comfortable and casual, yet chic, that I didn't mind one bit having to stay a little longer. The menu selection is vast and there is something for everyone. We truly enjoyed our dining experience and will return again undoubtedly!

This is a great place for a special meal - we went for my birthday this year. It's a little pricey, but the food is good. The service was excellent.

The waitstaff were excellent. The food was okay. The price was a bit much.
I've been there only once: I had the Mediterranean Lamb (see http://www.crystalbarn.com/dinner.asp), which was only okay.
A friend who had been there before mentioned that it had set off his allergies (because it used to be a barn?), but I didn't have a problem with that.

This used to be an old barn (hence the name)- beautifully decorated. Definitely on the pricey side, but great good and excellent service in the heart of Pittsford.
