I agree with the other people who have posted a review. The wait is so long that nothing else really matters. I went for a routine test and waited well over an hour, on more than one occasion. Will not return to that facility for tests again!

Agree with the other reviewers ! My first time there I was in the waiting room for more than an hour. Unfortunately I went back only to give them the opportunity to order procedures that werent necessary but now my doctor may be obliligated to order because they recommended them. They wont be seeing me again and I bet they wont be getting anymore referrals from my doctor.

I have been using LI Radiology for many years for my annual mamogram and sonogram. Nice place but they never take you on time for your appointment. Usually have to wait at least an hour past the appointment time even when I'm there at 8am for the supposed 1st appointment of the day. When I spoke with the technician about the wait, she said that she just got in and that they shouldn't have scheduled the appt so early. However, when I spoke with the office manager about the wait, (I had to go to work after this and now needed a note), she said she had no idea why I was asked to wait for over an hour. Just disorganized I guess. But the place is clean and the tests seem to be accurate so I am going back again for my next appointment in two weeks. I've picked an afternoon appt this time, so I can just go home afterwards. Wish me luck!

A neurologist from this practice saw me when I was hospitalized. Upon discharge, I went to this Dr. for follow-up. The office was fine, he was friendly, but I felt that I had been slotted into a 20-minute segment of time - and he primarily wanted to give me "a battery of tests" that they like to have on record. Three of the five tests ( all time-consuming and some uncomfortable) seemed unnecessary. When I checked with other physicians, there was agreement that my essential problem had been addressed and didn't require the additional tests. When I called to discuss this with the Dr., he had no interest in speaking to me and my only follow-up was with the office staff. Perhaps these are capable doctors, but I did not feel I was in the best hands.
