Cheesecake Factory

i've never been one for chains or mall food, but i do enjoy the decor and festive mood at cf. women seem to love this place for some reason, so i guess that's the main reason i end up here. i'm never one to choose this locale as i find the food bland and uninspiring, though the presentation is always good and items fresh.

Cheesecake Factory is always a fun experience. No matter when we go there it is busy and energetic. The people are always happy (even if there is a wait) and the menu is huge with so many great choices. Plus the selection of cheesecake is tremedous and delicious. The prices are on the high side for dessert but the food prices are reasonable.

We had to wait over an hour on a Saturday night, they don't take reservations over the phone, but boy was it worth the wait. Everything we ordered was delicious. I even had the diet cheesecake with splenda and it was just as good as my husband's calorie laden snickers cheesecake.

I went to The Cheesecake Factory with my husband for our first date. We now go at least 3 to 4 times in a month. The food is delicious. I especially love the shrimp scampi. The prices are great. The cheesecake is also phenomenal. I always get the banana creme, so I'm unsure how the other taste. My husband and i also got engaged at the cheescake factoy and they were very accomadating. The ring was on top of my favorite cheesecake. The downfall is the wait time. Usually I go into the mall and browse which makes the wait easier. i highly recommend you try this restaurant.

The Cheesecake Factory is among one of my favorites for casual dining. The food is excellent, especially the Sweet Tamale Corn Cakes and the Steak Diane. The Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake is a dessert worth the LONG wait in line! The lines are a big negative to this restaurant! You can never get a seating in less than 30 mins, no matter what time of day! The usual wait for 2 during the dinner rush is 45mins -1.5 hours. They don't except reservations! They have no waiting area really, so everyone is kind of squeezed together in a small area in front of the doors. The atmoshere can be better. Their seating is VERY tight, and you often find yourself sitting at tables with only about 1 foot between those sitting next to you. If you are lucky to get a booth, you have nothing to worry about! It also gets kind of loud and cold, but the decor is great! All in all, the food definitley outweighs the negative aspects of the restaurant design! The prices are slightly high, but you get A LOT of quality food! If only they had a better Architect/Interior Designer! Parking is also a little bit of a hassle, but you can usually find a spot close enough! If not, park around the back of the mall and use the mall entrances. There is an entrance to the restaurant on the second floor of the mall.

PROS: Great Food, Great Desserts
CONS: A little pricey, crowded, loud, LONG waits and no reservations accepted!
