There is nothing better than moving into a new apartment - than moving in when it is sparkling clean! And having someone show up at your door with cleaning supplies in hand - environmentally friendly no less (for a small extra fee) - was a bonus.

I had two lovely ladies scrub my new place top to bottom for four hours - including the kitchen shelves, windows, the stove & refridgerator & behind the appliances. They even wiped down the walls & baseboards. They took their time, took real pride in their work, were friendly & respectful - and overall did a lovely job.

The customer service reps were informative & personable as well. And I've just called Miracle Maids for a second appointment to do another scrub down - now that my pile of stuff has moved in.

I have allergies & can tell when a speck of dust or mold is in the place - and trust me - they knew what they were doing. I highly recommend them. They take their work seriously.

These guys overcharged for a terrible job. My 11-year-old could have cleaned my place better - and for less money! They have zero customer service, were full of half-baked excuses, and in general were a real pain in the neck to work with. I'll never call them again and I suggest you don't either!

Had construction done on our house recently which created lot of dust/grit so it needed serious cleaning. We contracted w/ MM for post-construction clean: 3 people, 4 hour minimum, 9AM-3PM.

1st cleaner shows up 1 hour late, 10 AM. 2nd cleaner shows up TWO hours late, 11 AM. 3rd cleaner shows up at 2:30!

We hung out on 3rd floor while they worked. At some point, we hear crash (something broken). We decide not to investigate, but wait to see what they say. At 5PM they were finally done, & hubby was put on the phone with supervisor to agree job was completed. He tells supervisor about unknown broken item in the house & says how disappointed he is no one mentioned it. Cleaners look highly embarrassed, as one goes to garbage can, digs down to bottom, & fishes out pieces of broken vase. Suprvsr says "it's not out policy to hide broken items", but I guess the cleaners didn't get the memo. While on phone, we notice they didn't do living room windows as contracted, so cleaners had to be told to clean them.

We asked yesterday, & again today, for specific breakdown of the cleaners' hours & service charges since we've no idea what they said vs. what we know is true. Both times we're told "No problem. We'll email right away", but have yet to receive it. Just called again 5 mins ago, & this time they said, "I don't know why someone told you we could do that for you this weekend. The person who does that comes in tomorrow." Fine. That MAY be true. But considering everything we did w/ them, incl. contract & payment, was done online, I have my suspicions.

Summary: they did OK job, but NOTHING great. Streaks on kitchen & living room floors, & they forgot my staircase entirely! Lots of other details: cleaned inside of fridge but not outside, dusted shelves but not all items on them, cleaned phone table but not phone. Understatement: this experience was expensive disappointment! I've never used a service before, but if you're looking 4 deep cleaning, stay AWAY from MM.

I used this company recently and really expected a decent cleaning considering the amount of money they charge (approximately $30.00/ hr) for our 1 bedroom apt. They also charge you a $10.00 surcharge if you want to pay by credit card, which I find ludicrous in and of itself... The woman who cleaned our apartment cleaned "around" things (i.e. didn't move or lift rug in foyer when she mopped, didn't clean behind toaster on kitchen counter...etc) Then, when she cleaned the bathroom tiles in the shower I had to point out to her that she needed to rinse off all the soap residue after cleaning...This is CLEANING 101 people!!! When I told them I was dissatisfied they were taken aback by what I had to say and did not handle my concerns in a sincere or willingly professional manner. Jodi the manager is very defensive to the point of being belligerent and I'm still waiting for my receipt which I asked them for, at least 7 or 8 times now... STEER CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE AND THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SHODDY, ARROGANT AND UTTERLY INADEQUATE!

I called Miracle Maids last minute for some emergency cleaning before my mother-in-law came to visit us over Mother's day. I completely forgot and our house was a disaster. I called with only a day's notice. I was immediately spoken to by a friendly and precise worker in their office who set me up for service the NEXT DAY. He was even able to send me two people to get done everything I wanted done.
The two people they sent were delightful! They had great attitudes, knew what they were doing, and worked efficiently. They even cleaned the inside of my dishwasher!
We always have house guests and we work long hours. It's nice to know Miracle Maids is there for me when i need them
