Great pizza hard to find, Patsy's is one of the best. Great crust, and one of few sit down pizzeria's in the city especially in Harlem. A lot seating.

Pasta e fagioli soup was spoiled, fermented and full of bacteria. When called to complain, I was put on hold for 30 minutes. What kind of business is this place carrying?

This location is the real patsys. Your pizza comes to you straight out of the brick oven and you are located smack in the middle of east harlem. The other locations are a cheap knockoff
