This place is the best. Honest, courteous, and a great selection. I had some scrap gold to sell and went to several other places. These guys beat the price by a lot and I didn't even have to ask. After that, I was sold. I have been back several times and have never had a problem. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

My family has been going to Mosiello & Son's for about 30 years and we had nothing but great service and jewelry. My fiance bought my Engagement Ring there and it is beautiful. Going today to get my Wedding Bands!

I was referred to Mosiello Jewelry store by a family member when I needed to buy a cross for my godson's Christening. I went in with the intention of buying a solid gold cross. I was greeted warmly by the employee and was shown a wide variety of crosses that I was told could be ordered and received in the time I needed it for. I placed my order on Wednesday afternoon after being guaranteed by Mosiello Jewelers the cross would be shipped to the store by Friday. I let the employee know that I needed the cross on Saturday (the Christening was Sunday).I must have asked a number of times if they were sure I would receive it and they continusouly told me yes. On Friday afternoon I called the store to see if the cross was in. I was told by a woman on the phone that if it did come in I would be able to pick it up Saturday, so that they could clean it and have it prepared completely for me. At this time, I was under the impression that the cross was in and I would get it Saturday. On Friday evening at 5:30 PM, I received a call from the woman I placed the order with stating that the cross was not shipped to the store and that it would not be in until the following Tuesday. The reason they stated was because of inclement weather and UPS was unable to deliver it ( we had not even an inch of snow on the ground). And to top it all off, I was told to just come in and pick out a hollow cross just so I would have something to give. Words cannot express how furious I was at this point. They had no intention of helping the situation whatsoever and I truly beleive they knew of the problem during the day and waited for the last minute before the store closed at 6:00PM to let me know of this issue. Because of Mosiello Jewelry I was unable to give my godson a cross that I had originally intended to give him. And they still wanted me to get a cross just so they could make some money. I usually do not write reviews but for this situation I felt as though I should. I would like everyone to know that before they think about using this jewelry store to look around somewhere else. Whatever they sell in their store could be found at another jewelry store with a more friendly and compassionate staff. I found a great jewelry store on Saturday and a beautiful cross that my godson was able to be baptized in. I would highly recommend researching other jewelry stores in this area before shopping here. Mosiello Jewelers should NOT use the word guarantee unless they can live up to their word.

Mosiello and sons was recommended to me by my mother's friend, but at this point, I can not figure out why. I brought my engagement ring and my fiance's great grandmothers wedding band in to the store last week. I wear a size 3 and 1/2 and the band was a size 7. My engagement ring fits me perfectly but has 2 balls on the inside of the band because the ring itself couldn't be sized down that far. Jody told me that the band couldn't be sized down, but they could size it down as far as possible and sotter it to my engagement ring. They would have to take the balls out, but would place the balls back in after the rings were joined. She also told me is it would be done the following day (since I'm only in the area for a few weeks). I called the next day (Saturday) and Jody had never put the order in- so I was told it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. I went to pick it up, to find that the rings were both sized down- the balls were not placed in and the ring is now too small. Upon asking Jody why they did it differently than she had indicated- she told me that she had never said that they were going to keep my engagement ring the way it was with the balls in it. My fiancee and I both heard her explain what they were going to do- and both came away with the same impression. In addition, one of the reasons we were comfortable with the plan was because we knew my engagement ring fit, so the 2 rings joined together would therefore have to fit. She then proceeded to tell me that the reason it was probably to small was because the rings joined together were thicker, so I should have gone up in size- as if this was something that I should have known and she wasn't responsible for telling me. Upon asking if re-sizing was going to be additional money, Jody informed me that "it should" but they wouldn't charge more- as if she were doing me a favor. It seems to me that Jody screwed up multiple times with not placing my order, then communicating misinformation to the jeweler and then telling me that I misunderstood- which was not the case.

I am now waiting for my ring to be fixed and am incredibly nervous that this will be screwed up again- I would NOT recommend taking any jewelery you care about to Mosiello & Sons. If you do, do not work with Jody.

I have shopped at Mosiello and Sons Jewelers for about a decade. I really liked the family care they gave. I began as a small customer and gradually bought more every year and in increasing amounts, brought my family there and even had my brother purchase his wife's engagement ring there. Last year my gf asked for a particular Movado and I found it for $300 cheaper then Mosiello could do online. I decided to go with Mosiello anyway because they had been good to me. They new I had a birthday deadline and said it would be fine. It ran over her birthday for a week. Things happen and I am very understanding. Mosiello never called me once during this period and every time I called to see if it was in they would talk down to me, even though I made sure to always be pleasant. When it finally did come in there was a computer problem so they closed up shop. They had my number and knew how important it was to me to finally get this gift to my gf yet they never called even though they had my info on paper. They then treated me VERY rudely when I complained that their service was lacking. Their customer care has gone the route of the local sanitation truck. They are rude and have no respect for a very long term customer.

I have recieved a piece of jewerly for my neck,wrist,ears from this jewerly shop. Each piece was beautiful and sparkled the way it should. They have to most beautiful diamonds in the "in" shape of the season. The chandler earrings I have get compliments all the time. I recommend their jewerly
