You can't beat the personal service you get at Ben's. Even if you're just bringing in a watch to have the battery replaced, a very low cost job, they give you their entire attention and do the job carefully and swiftly. They have some beautiful pieces of jewelry - many unique ones that you won't find at every department store in the malls. The prices are very good and it's so nice to shop in a small town store.
