Benny's Pizza Co

My family began ordering from Benny's within weeks of it opening. Afetr a steady decline in service, tonight was the last straw. An hour and twenty minutes after we placed the oredr (they said delivery would be in 60 minutes) my wife called and they said the delivery was on its way. Fifty minutes later (after we decided to whip something up) the phone rang and someone told me the delivery man was outside my door. I couldn't figure out why he didn't ring the doorbell or knock but it didn't matter - I looked out the window and no one was there, besides, as I told the caller, "We ordered two hours ago and we've already eaten." - click.

I won't even order pickup from them anymore. That sort of inattention to detail doesn't deserve patronage.
