I have been a customer there for close to 15 years. Over that time, I've had some good experiences, but lately bad to worse. Thursday I got my car inspected, failed due to worn out snow tires still on front. No problem, I got summer tires on rims, I just never changed over. Brian says ""do you want me to mount them for you?"" I'm in a rush so I say yes. Well they charged me $6 per tire to actually put them on the car. OK, my fault, but then they charge me another $12 per tire to balance them. They didn't do this. I come back a few days later and the manager has attitude problems with me. He says ""if you listened..."" I said I misunderstood, I thought you meant mount them on the car. He continues to insult me. I own a business. I have incredible listening skills. I go out of my way to create positive moments of truth with my customers. Brian goes out of his way to create negative moments of truth. If he worked for me, I'd fire him for treating a customer the way he treated me, as watching him, I know this is the way he is.So I ask for my $24 overcharge refunded. He gets more attitude. ""What do you want me to do? It was YOUR FAULT!!!"". That really would be the end, first time that happened. That is unacceptable. I am a grown 48 year old man. I am a loyal customer who has spent over well over $10,000 at this company over the past 15 years. Even if I never had been there, this treatment is inexcusable. I am going to forward this to his company. To make sure I was really pissed off, he says ""I'll tell them to send a refund check... it will take 3, 4 maybe more weeks"". Then he had to remind me it was my fault again. If he is still there, I will NEVER spend another dime there. Even if he is gone, it is doubtful. Plenty of other people will respect you.
