We really enjoyed using Doug Lord for our car maintenance. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding that we weren't made of money. I never felt he was trying to take advantage of us. He was able to get us in within a day or two of calling. After trying many bigger name garages, we found him to be the best!
