If I could leave a negative star rating.... I would. Bait and switch is the name of the game and if you don't like it, they'll refund your money and be rude about it. I tried in good faith to resolve things, even offering some possible solutions to the problem to no avail. So much for a company that claims to value customer satisfaction. I will never attempt to spend my money here again. I'm not a big fish, but you would think they would be happy to have part of the $5,000 a year budget for tools and accessories that I have. I'm sure their competitors will not complain though.

What happened? I tried to place a $289 order which included a 25 pack of Fein Multimaster blades. A couple days later I get an email stating that the 25 pack has been "discontinued" and "replaced" with a 10 pack for $6 less. I politely replied in a somewhat lengthy email that although I do understand mistakes happen, this sounded a bit on the bait-and-switch side of things and would like to know how we can resolve the issue. Their response was that the price on the 25 pack was a "mistake" because their competitor had it listed for $125 more (well, is it discontinued or a price error? I'm getting a little confused here) and offered free shipping (wow, thanks a LOT). I again politely responded that perhaps I had not made myself clear, 10 blades for $6 less and free shipping is a far cry from what I ordered and that we needed to work out something more acceptable, and listed options, such as offering two 10 packs of some other blade (there are other 10 packs that two of them would be slightly higher than the price for the 25 pack). The reply was quick and rude, that the "supervisor" instructed them to cancel my order.

So if you want to waste time and have your order canceled, then this may be the place to order from.

I looked them up on BBB and they received an F. I should have checked there first. Please be very careful what you purchase online from this company. I purchased a very expensive 24V Lithium battery for my cordless weed eater- it did not fit. I called to have it exchanged and found out that no 24V battery existed to fit my model. When I asked for a refund they charged me a 15% restocking fee. The battery is brand new, obviously never used because I couldn't make it fit if I wanted to. Now I am out shipping both ways and restocking fee, about $40 dollars AND HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. WASTED $40. After trying to discuss the matter with customer service (because there online statement read MAY BE subject to restocking fee for what they consider customer convenience, I received a long, hateful email that ended in:
"you should be smarter about how you spend your money.Maybe even do a little homework before you make a purchase would be the prudent thing to do. Instead,I guess its easier to blame someone else because you were just to lazy to research what you were buying.So now you expect eveyone else to pay for your laziness .And why not ruin there reputation while I'm in this destructive mood,after all I'm a customer,I'm always RIGHT."

They just lost another customer. But, more importantly, I hope I have saved you the trouble, not to mention money. There are too many great companies out there to waste time with this one.

Terrible company. I ordered some tools months ago, they charged me, but never delivered anything. I keep calling them every day, but they just promise free shipping and never refund any of my money. I asked for a cancellation and refund and didn't get anything back. Don't order from them unless you want to be totally ripped off.

Update: After a week of calling them on the phone, I finally got my money back. They were really rude about it, but I'm just glad to be done with them.

This company is TERRIBLE. They charged me months ago, and never shipped my order. The worst part about this is that they admit everything, but keep telling me that they can't do anything because the item was supposed to be drop shipped

I wanted a Milwaukee Heated Jacket for my son's birthday. It was 2 degrees in NYC when I ordered it. There was another company on Long Island I tried first who insisted it was on national back order. When I tried Dynamite, they had it in stock and they delivered it the next day. They even emailed me about the address since they checked and another person was living there. I'd forgotten that their apt. flooded and they moved down a few floors. Excellent service.

They send out email notices that claim to state that their product has shipped, when in fact, they haven't. Then they try and blame it on UPS shipping. Buyer beware and I wouldn't advise fast shipping with this company. Customer service only responded when threatened with credit card reporting.

Help is always knowledgeable and courteous. Prices are very good and selection is excellent for wood working tools. They have helped me get equipment repaired at reasonable cost and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dawn at Dynamite Tool is very rude. I wouldn't buy anything from this company if it was half price. If you have to buy from them I would suggest dealing with someone else. Rude is not good business in my opinion.

I purchased a brand new milwaukee cordless drill combo from this company. and after 1 month the drill burned out and i went back to Dynamite tools and they repaired it and the same day it burned out again so i returned it again and once again the drill was returned to me and within the first use it burned out i spoke to the staff and i was told to call milwaukee and fight it out? i have to say that that is bull #%@! why should i fight it out when they are suppose to be experts at fixing tools and selling refurbished tools and pretending that they are new. I will never do business again with this bad company shame on them

My husband was in the market for a combination mitre saw and located exactly what he was looking for at Dnamite Tool. The guy who helped him was very knowledgeable and patient. The price was in reason.. so everyone was satisfied.
