Jacqueline Andrusz helped me purchase my new HR-V. I wanted manual transmission which is hard to come by. It took a few weeks, which she told me up front. I was more than happy to wait. She called several times keeping me posted of the timeline. The car came in just when she said it would.

She was very helpful through the process. I would highly recommend her.

I have bought several vehicles over the years from Lia Honda. They are the Honda dealer to work with in the area. Other dealerships are not friendly.

Called Lia for a very last minute oil change & they were very accommodating. I even was late due to my own incompetence & they were very cool about it. Service Advisor Jerry was friendly & even hooked me up with the coupon price without me having the coupon.

Pros:
- Ultra friendly people
- Well organized dealership & did the most with the size that they have (not the best Honda dealer I've ever been to but not the worst)
- Very accommodating
- I like that the tech does the selling (tried to sell me wipers but didn't tell me why he was)

Cons:
- Price $35 for an oil change without car was is very salty (did get it for $30 but Ray Laks is $27 with wash)
- Service brochure is pumped-up with BG services that ARE NOT SPECIFIED by Honda, a classic dealer margin trick. I really wish I had the pamphlet in front of me so I could quote some of the absurd prices for basic services but I believe $107 for Power Steering Fluid "flush" & $202 for a Transmission "flush". I'm using the sarcastic "flush" because Honda specifies drain & refill only, which for both of these services should about to $100 or less TOGETHER instead of over $300.

All in all my specific visit was very good, I would have liked to have paid Ray Laks price & gotten a wash as well but Ray Laks was closed (of course the customer isn't first there...). Without going to Lockport (too far), this is the nicest dealership in Buffalo who is overall the most professional & organized. I bought my car from Don Davis because I was looking for a needle in a haystack & Don Davis had it but the facilities are embarrassing, I would never service my car there. Ray Laks doesn't seem to care about anything & rests on being the only dealer in the Southtowns so I guess Lia is my new Buffalo dealer of choice by default.

I have been buying and servicing my vehicles at Lia Honda for many years and have had nothing but excellent service and top notch treatment, they also have a friendly shuttle driver who will take you where you need to go.

I own 3 honda all of which I purchased and service at Lia Honda and have recieved nothing but top notch service everytime. From the people who take the order to the technicians working on my vehicles that encourage me to come out in the shop to look at my vehicle, it doesn't get any better than Lia Honda

Lia Honda ruined my transmission as determined by a Honda Corporation expert representative, and by a judge in court, as well as the foreman at another Honda dealer. I took Lia to court and won and they still haven't paid for the damage and consequential repair work to my transmission. Right now I'm out $3,855.00 because of their inability to do the job right. Take your car somewhere else even if it's not a Honda dealer unless you want to take the risk of having the same thing happen to you. You'll save yourself a lot of money , stress, and headache. I still love my honda but cannot say the same for Lia.
