I went there a few months back to check on the puppies and the prices. The place is extremely dark , the daylight is what brightens the place. The dogs are happy and some are just sitting there getting stepped on by the excited pups. There was a lady and a man , the man walked around the place telling me to step a way a bit from the cages and to not touch the dogs. The guy was not rude but he was on top of me the whole time about me being near the dogs. I mean, I needed to be close to the cages in order to find out which pup I wanted. I asked about the prices he told me that the Yorkie were 1,200 and the others were in a range of 500 and up. The price was great compared to others , but I simply did not feel comfortable getting a pup from them. I ended up visiting other stores and even gotten desperate enough to thinking about getting one online but then I did the math and the calculations and getting one online is both expensive and risky. Now , on July I will purchase my pup at "http://www.zooramapets.com/" The prices are a bit more than Concourse Puppy World but it's worth it , the minimum at Zoo-Rama is 699 and the pup comes with All Vaccinations are included up-to-date

?NO PUPPYMILL DOGS! The USDA Licensed Breeder's Information (Including Name, Address, USDA #, etc.) is provided as proof to customers.
?Complete Medical Record
?Registration papers / Pedigree papers

?FIRST THREE WEEKS of full medical coverage (Its important to keep a close watch during this critical time, this coverage includes all medical needs)

?FREE LIFETIME phone consultation (Tips on training, housebreaking, & health)
?FREE LIFETIME De-worming! (for worms & intestinal parasites)
?FREE LIFETIME EXAMINATIONS! (For eligible Customers)

The place stinks really bad, the people have a HORRIBLE attitude. The dont have an EXACT price , if you look like a sucker or youre a girl especially teen theyll raise the price. When you walk in they just look at you like youre dumb. I bought a dog their once & they tried to blow me off the head they were charging 850 , they didnt know background info on him either, he was a pitbull. We settled the price at 350. Alot of the dogs are sick & they dont come with shots, if the dogs get old they still wont give them shots. I saw like 4 little white dogs, in a cage all looking like they were dying. They just have an OVERALL bad attitude, Im a very polite perosn and they just give off a bad vibe.

I wish they would just be closed down, so that they wont have so many sick puppies. And they would proabably sell lots of them if they had a better attitude and had a firm reasonable price. I NEVER give reviews but this needs to be said, everyone i know in the bronx told me i was stupid for buying anything in puppy world because of how horrible that store is.

& theyre not professional. smh

Pros: NONE AT ALL

Cons: EVERYTHING!!

Concourse Pet Center, is not a place that I would recommend to anyone. I mean that seriously. I went into ask a simple question and I swear I felt like an idiot for asking.

No one was able to provide me with information or at least try. The enviroment had like an odor to the place and the animal pens were not really clean. I left immediately and never went back.

I am sorry some may say this is harsh, but I am only here to tell the truth about what I feel and felt. When you walk into a pet shop you expect it to smell like pets but not like something from a forest.

My experience was not what I expected and I have no plans on purchasing anything from this company. They do not take care of their animals properly. The enviroment is not a friendly enviroment and I would not want to leave my pet in an enviroment that I don't feel comfortable at or in.
