Concourse Puppy World

The place stinks really bad, the people have a HORRIBLE attitude. The dont have an EXACT price , if you look like a sucker or youre a girl especially teen theyll raise the price. When you walk in they just look at you like youre dumb. I bought a dog their once & they tried to blow me off the head they were charging 850 , they didnt know background info on him either, he was a pitbull. We settled the price at 350. Alot of the dogs are sick & they dont come with shots, if the dogs get old they still wont give them shots. I saw like 4 little white dogs, in a cage all looking like they were dying. They just have an OVERALL bad attitude, Im a very polite perosn and they just give off a bad vibe.

I wish they would just be closed down, so that they wont have so many sick puppies. And they would proabably sell lots of them if they had a better attitude and had a firm reasonable price. I NEVER give reviews but this needs to be said, everyone i know in the bronx told me i was stupid for buying anything in puppy world because of how horrible that store is.

& theyre not professional. smh

Concourse Pet Center, is not a place that I would recommend to anyone. I mean that seriously. I went into ask a simple question and I swear I felt like an idiot for asking.

No one was able to provide me with information or at least try. The enviroment had like an odor to the place and the animal pens were not really clean. I left immediately and never went back.

I am sorry some may say this is harsh, but I am only here to tell the truth about what I feel and felt. When you walk into a pet shop you expect it to smell like pets but not like something from a forest.

My experience was not what I expected and I have no plans on purchasing anything from this company. They do not take care of their animals properly. The enviroment is not a friendly enviroment and I would not want to leave my pet in an enviroment that I don't feel comfortable at or in.
