Very Professional. My mechanic referred me to the wheel doctor after I felt a vibration in my steering wheel at 50mph and one of my tires had a slow leak. They just moved to a new facility in Yonkers, NY with lifts so they now take the wheel off of your car. I was very satisfied, they showed me the damage to both my wheels and repaired it while I waited. They have fancy equiptment that provided me with a printout after they were done. Pleasant experience.

Called up earlier this week for a quote to repair one of my bent wheels. Got quoted for $200 and an additional $25 to remove the tire. Talk about a rip off, took the wheel down to DunnSport in the bronx, boy were they helpful and did all

had a dent on the passenger front of my G35. the vibration started getting worse so i took it to Mavis & they said the wheel was bent so i found wheel doctor in elmsford. he was local & i needed it fixed but i had to go back to Mavis have them remove the wheel from the car, put my spare on & then bring it to him.
Next day when it was ready i had to pick it up & go back again to the tire store to have them put it on the car.
I really wish this guy could have just jacked up my car & switched it there. It also cost more because i had to pay the tire shop to do some of the work.
i later found out about some places in long island that do the work & install it too.
Next time i will drive a littler further

I'm not driving to Long Island. First, I live in Westchester County and The Wheel Doctor is located in Westchester County. Second, He gives you back your wheel and tire mounted and RoadForce balanced in a couple of hours, which is the time I'd spend driving. Third, every auto repair/tire shop here knows him and his work and uses him..he is reliable, meticulous and a good guy...he straighten 3 of my rims this year alone - couldn't avoid the potholes at night. Forth, he's highly recommended here..why would I drive all the way to Long Island to patronize some wheel shop I don't have knowledge of? Moron
