In Short
The upstairs lounge doubles as an art gallery and the main floor boasts a 40-foot mahogany bar, exposed brick walls and multiple plasma TVs. Red curtains interspersed throughout cast a romantic glow, and perpetually playing dance music and aquariums add a lively feel. But it's the 10 beers on tap--including Guinness, Bass, Sam Adams, Magners and Hoegaarden--that really get this 20-something crowd moving.

Ratings_icons Holiday Happiness!

tataladee

I haven't been on city search in a while but I thought i would pay compliments where they were due and thank red sky and the staff for hosting an amazing holiday party for my company.
Everything was perfect and we had a blast, the food selections were the right amount and everyone was loving the crunchy chicken fingers and sliders!! The Dj really got things going and everyone in the accounting department was drinking cosmos and on the dance floor ripping it up! The bartenders could not have been nicer to us and where so fast and attentive! Thank you again Red Sky everyone is still talking about what a great party it was and how it was such an awesome way to RING in the holiday season!!

Pros: Awesome Space! Such a fun party

Cons: None

i was so nervous to have my party here bc of all the negative reviews. but i did anyway- had about 40 people.. open bar for 3 hours which was perfect. we were supposed to be on the roof but it was pouring so we were alll in the lounge with other parties- but there was enough room. the bouncers, bartenders, all staff was awsome!! i will most definatly go back

Pros: music, drinks, atmosphere

Ratings_icons A lot of whiners on Citysearch. This place rocks

NYC311

I have no clue what's wrong with half of you. If you're looking to have such a serious private event, than throw it yourself in your own house. I had a birthday thing here a few months back and it was awesome. The service was completely cool, we got hammered, I was taking jagerbombs with the bartender...what's not to like. It's a party place. Keyword, party. If you want some upscale place to have a private party then go elsewhere. This place will give you great time, with cheap drinks, and a drop roofdeck. Stop whining you babies, Red Sky rules.

Pros: Cheap drinks, roofdeck, good music

Ratings_icons Awesome happy hour!

sar347

I booked a happy hour for a coworker's going away party and had a great time. The VIP room was already booked but the party planner was super helpful and made sure we got everything we needed. The food was great, drink prices more than reasonable, and DJ took almost all our requests. I'd definitely recommend Red Sky for parties and for drinks. The bartenders were extremely nice and the open bar specials were the best I've ever seen in NYC!

Pros: helpful and friendly staff, great drink prices & food

Cons: roofdeck only open in the summer

It's comical of thinking how bad the service was. The manager/owner screamed at me and my friends and seemed ready and willing to fight one of them. Judging by the previous reviews, i shouldn't be surprised that this happened...

Just a snippet of the way this bar operates- the red sky website advertises that there are "tropical fish tanks" on the second floor- the fish were amazing, especially since they were "sleeping" upside down at the top of the tank for the entire time that I was there.

the people that write the good reviews are the owner and his friends. i know this from people who work there. they overbook your parties and the bartenders will be drunker then you. therefore aggressive and not caring about your needs. if you wanna fight an employee you should check it out.

Pros: you can probably find some coke, rooftop

Cons: unorganized

Ratings_icons RUDEST STAFF- DO NOT HAVE A PARTY HERE

John2221

Had a party there. Worst bar experience I've ever had. Anyone who wrote anything positive about this bar clearly did not have any contact with any manager or the owner; they are all extremely rude. Instead of planning a headache of a party, go to another venue. You will not have a good time here.

We had open bar from 10-1. Apparently they booked 3 or 4 other parties with us and stuck us in the same room. There was barely any room to move. When the open bar ended at 1am, a few of my friends tried to come in, but the manager would only let them come in if they paid $45, the full open bar price (even though the open bar was over). Totally irrational.

DO NOT GO HERE.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Rude service, packed room, expensive, nothing positive about my experience

Ratings_icons terrible service, poorly organized birthday arrangements

vtannmarie

had my bday party here june 2008 on a friday night. open bar was ok price-wise, $40/person. staff seemed nice on the phone when i organized it with them, but once at the bar they were incredibly rude. had about 50 people, they squished us all on the top floor (which looked nothing like the photos), then by 11pm they kicked us out of the top floor and moved everyone in the party downstairs "so that they could clean". at midnight, they kicked us all out of that floor AGAIN down to the first floor "because they were understaffed" (why that's my problem is beyond me). they never mentioned that the open bar ended at 12, and to have a bar kick 50+ people out is completely ridiculous. the place is cute but not worth 40 bucks. if i could give it a half-star i would. dont waste your time, take your friends somewhere else.

Pros: rooftop bar is a good idea in theory

Cons: music sucked, staff sucked, price not worth it

Ratings_icons Great place!

debra2014

I attended an even here, and was very impressed. The space they have, aside from being huge, has a very nice ambiance. Each floor offers a different feel, all impressive without being pretentious. The upstairs lounge is beautiful and inviting. The bar upstairs is pretty big. The staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive. And GREAT bar food! bathrooms are very cool, also. Would love to go back, great for any occassion really, after work drink, group, night out. Prices are average for the area.

Pros: Great looking with variety, staff, drinks, food, large size

Cons: none!

Ratings_icons BEWARE! DO NOT PLAN YOUR NEXT PARTY/EVENT THERE

DaveT515

As an event planner, I've never seen so much incompetence in a venue. I booked our private party at this bar/lounge over three weeks ago. They turned around 3 days before our event and totally tried to pull a bait and switch. They overbooked the space and no longer could give us the private space they promised. They tried to offer us the opportunity to still come to their bar without the private space. They lied about what they could offer. Also, the attitude of their event coordinator was offputting. They left us 3 days in NYC to find a new place that wasn't booked. They cannot be trusted to have your event done right. Don't bother going!

Ratings_icons Be careful to hiring Alexander Belyshev to work for you

taborka44

Dear owners of Russian restaurants in New York area ,

We are the owners of Hawa Russia, a new Russian restaurant in Columbus, OH. We just wanted to warn you about Alexander Belyshev, who is now a cook looking for a job in New York.
Be careful in hiring him to work for you.
Alexander Belyshev is a criminal person. Police, banks, and people are looking from him. He stole a large amount of money from the restaurant, stole other people?s credit cards, used other people?s checking accounts, and did many horrible things. He is talked over $10,000 dollars worth of international calls for 2 months. He relies on the trust of other people. In Columbus alone, Hawa Russia restaurant and 4 other people opened a criminal case against him. He fled after that, and is now looking for a new job in New York.
Please forward this letter to other owners of restaurants in your area.

Sincerely,

If you want to feel like an unwelcome guest at a drunken frat party maybe you should try this place. Everyone else should be warned that there is NO respect shown for patrons regardless of how much money they are spending or how well they are tipping. Women and people of color seem to be particular targets for bad behavior on the part of not only the slope -shouldered morons that seem to be their regular clientele but the management seems to be the worst offender. Take your money to someplace that will treat you right and don't reward this ridiculous behaviour/

The worst bar in NYC, hands down. If you want bad service, poor music and a loser owner who has no idea to run a bar, go here.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A WORST BAR IN NYC. IMAGE A OWNER WHO THINKS ITS FUNNY TO INTERRUPT A PARTY OF PEOPLE DANCING WITH THE FRAT BOY MENTALITY OF TURNING OFF THE SONGS IN THE MIDDLE...GET THE PICTURE. DON'T GO HERE, EVER!!!!

Ratings_icons WORST BAR EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD

wendikroy

I wish I'd read some of these other reviews before deciding to have my party at this bar. Unfortunately, the roof deck was so appealing that I did not take the time to note that others have had terrible experiences here. I made an attempt to reserve the roof deck for my birthday party. When I called to confirm the day before the party, I was told that no reservation had been made and the deck was closed. That was the reason I'd wanted to have the party there in the first place, but okay, I wasn't going to call everybody and change the venue at this point, so I still went there. After we'd been there for about 20 minutes, a small group of people came in for another birthday. The birthday boy turned out to be one of the managers, and at first they were very friendly. Then one of his friends decided to play musical chairs, and went around to my friends demanding that they give up their seats at the bar in order to facilitate the game. Later, he and another man began skipping over the songs that my friends and I had paid to play on the jukebox. I went over and politely requested that they stop doing this, and was then informed that the guy doing it, and the one who'd demanded my friends get out of their seats was the OWNER of the bar. He proceeded to tell me that I hadn't booked a party there (which I had, or at least had ATTEMPTED to by leaving multiple messages and speaking with Marni) and that he was playing music that people wanted to listen to and skipping the songs people did not want to listen to. I informed him that it was my bday and that of the 40 people in the bar at that point, 30 of them were there with me. He told me that 80 people were there for him and did I want to do a head count? (There were, no exaggeration, no more than 45 people maximum in the bar at this point). I couldn't believe the rudeness of this guy, but I now see others have had a similar experience. NEVER GO HERE, the owner nearly ruined my party and was a total a**hole.

Ratings_icons My Event was perfect

lovenyc2008

It was such a great night! Everyone that came in was so nice and appreciative. The drinks were cold and the service was fast and accommodating! The bartender and the waitress did such a great job working to serve all 150 of the guests! I will definitely be back to Red Sky - they have a really cheap happy hour and offer great drink specials. The Roof Deck will be AMAZING once the construction is completed next door and the scaffolding comes down. Finally we will get to enjoy the open space again. I highly recommend this place for B-days, Happy hours and private party?s! Thank you Red Sky

Pros: Staff, Drinks, Music, Bouncers, Food

Cons: The scaffoling- but hopefully it will come down soon

We had a private party on the second floor & roof deck arranged by Marni. she was very helpful & accomodating from the start up until the day of. The bartenders & waitresses were GREAT. I was very happy with our choice to have the party here & would highly recommend Red Sky. We went to the bar on other occasions to check it out after we booked, and on a regular night I think the place is great as well. Not too old, not too younge, not too trendy, just REGULAR.
Maybe if people arent paying for a FULL PRIVATE PARTY they will not get the service that we got. But we definitely got everything we were told and more.....

I was at red sky tonight, we had an end of the year party from our school. I don't know what the terms where but the manager got into a fist fight with one of our class mates. I just want to state that my classmate is a very reasonable guy. The bar tenders gave my credit card to a different person... and they basicly messed everything up.

I went to this bar on a recommendation and it was not what I expected. It was crowded, loud and alot of happy hour people still lingering and quite drunk. Plus too many flat screen TV's.

Pros: Great place if you want to get drunk

Cons: Too loud and rude

Ratings_icons Incredible Job for my 25th birthday. Great service.

talent1

Hosted my 25th birthday party at Red Sky and would not have gone anywhere else. Marni, the events coordinator, reserved the upper lounge for my party of 85+ and ensured that my requests for a drink deal were cheerfully met by the bartender. A well-decorated, candle-lit room greeted my guests to the 3 hour (affordable) drink special. The party was well-received, food was affordable, DJ played whatever the party requested. The only drawback was their strange DirectTV setup. Whatever was showing in the upstairs lounge also had to be showing in the downstairs lounge. They should either purchase more licenses or fix their wiring.

All in all a wonderful bar -- I'd recommend the main downstairs area for happy hour as well. Food and drink deals are competitive. Looking forward to the roof opening up in the summer.

Ratings_icons Great bar for a few drinks with friends

briannyc08

I've been coming here for awhile. They have a good selection of beers on tap and there always seems to be a good crowd on weekends and happy hours. The appetizers/food are pretty good. Its a great place to have a few drinks with some friends. Seems to be a good mix of single people. It is big and multiple floors with a DJ on 2nd floor most nights. The bartenders and staff all seem really friendly and even buy back drinks which never happens in NYC. Definitely reccommend it

Pros: Good drinks and good service

Cons: can be a little over crowded

I went for a few drinks with a friend on a Friday night and I guess my expectations of Red Sky were a bit higher than when I got there. I have read in the past all good things about the place but when you first walk in on a Friday night it seemed as if people were still there from Happy Hour. People were pushing and shoving almost all night. Quite a dissapointment from all the hype.

Pros: There are a lot of tv's everywhere for those that like sports

Cons: Music not all that good.

Ratings_icons Awesome Happy Hour

ladyblue888

I went to red sky last night for an alumni event, and must say the deal we had of free beer and wine for 2 hours was fantastic. we were greeted by a friendly cheery bartender on the 1st floor who was pouring drinks for us just as fast as we put down the empty glasses. the appetizers being passed around were very tasty! the music kept us entertained! it was crowed on the 2nd floor , but easy to get a free drink . I didn't know there was a roof deck until my friend came down all sweaty from dancing and said this place is great there are 3 floors of fun. I would definitely recommend your place to my friends that live in the city and next time I come in, I will stop in for a cold stella and nibble on more of that ummmmy bruschetta. it was soooo goood

Pros: 3 floors, the fun staff, music , dancing, big funny bouncer

Cons: bathrooms

Ratings_icons Happy Hour thursday night

bibinyc_dup

Don't be fooled by the comments on here written by friends of management. This venue is poorly organized. Young management staff and event bookers means that you get bad accommodations and service. I went last night and we were promised a table on the roof. We got there and this was not the case. I asked the bartender on the 2nd floor is she could tell me where the manager was and she was terribly nasty to me, and the night had just started. Needless to say there was no manager on duty. When we went upstairs to question a bouncer, we noticed that the roof had a tarp covering it, and it must have been 120 degrees. This was not mentioned to me when I made the reservation. We left immediately. The staff is young and are clearly friends of the owners as they don't have a clue what they're doing. Drinks are cheap during happy hour but served with distasteful attitudes. Your best bet is to take you $$ some place else.

I came to Red sky with my friends the other night, we had heard great things about the place so we wanted to check it out. It was so awesome! There are 3 levels and each one is a little different . The roof top is great, and the place is full of good looking people. The staff is so friendly and attentive, we never had to wait for a drink. Also, the artichoke dip is amazing!!! It is perfect for any occasion from watching a game-best chicken fingers!, a bday party-awesome dj on the 2nd floor, and even a spacious roof deck!
The drinks are cheap and strong-great bartenders :)
My friends and I always have a fun time here, it is a great neighborhood bar that is always reliable for a guaranteed good time!

Ratings_icons WORST BAR,WORST BARTENDER, WORST MANAGER AND WORST BOUNCER

pixie216

This is by far the WORST bar in NYC. First of all, they completey lied about drink specials. They told us we would have them till 12 and we got there at 9:30 and told us there were none. Then, after a fight broke out involving my friends, they asked us not to call the police for some reason (aka- no roof permit). AFTER THAT, my friend tried to come in with a water bottle just bought at a corner store and the bounce said she couldnt bring it in. When she put it down outside the bar he said she had to go put it in the trash around the corner! After she did that, he told her she had an attitude and wouldn't let her in! The bounce is definitely on a power trip and the manager is pulling some grimey sh*t! And to top things off, it took 20 mins to get a drink. DONT EVER GIVE THIS BAR YOUR MONEY!

Pros: The illegal roof

Cons: Everything else

Ratings_icons Perfect if you like an obnoxious bartender

goldie33

I found the bouncers were fine - even friendly. Can't say the same about the bartender - at least the one on the middle floor. Just a plainly rude person - nothing more, nothing less. Not sure about the other levels. Place was ok in general. A little messy and the people are far from trendy. Red walls and a curtained ceilings does not, in itself, make for a trendy place. Definitely bridge and tunnel crowd. I am not going there again, but that's really because of the bartender.

Pros: lay-out

Cons: Friday night middle floor bartender

Ratings_icons Worst bar I have ever been to!

monty0615

This place would be dead last on my list of fun bars. The bouncers are incredibly rude and have terrible attitudes. I went here with a bunch of my friends on a Saturday nite and needless to say none of us will ever return. I was kicked out of this bar for using the men's room, b/c I had to go so bad, I didn't want to wait on the girls line. First of all the bouncer tried to force his way into the bathroom, as I was urinating!! When I came out, he told me he was kicking me out! Now if this isn't ridiculous, I didn't even complain, I just walked to the front of the bar to say bye to my friends, and the bouncer tells my boyfriend, "I will get physical with you if your girlfriend doesn't leave." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Worst bar, terrible staff, esp. the bouncers who take their $12/hour job a little too seriously. Do yourself a favor and skip this place!

Pros: None

Cons: Too Many

Ratings_icons Manager stright from the hood

kack2255

Don't waste your time....you'll be disappointed!!! While the evening with friends (which was also my 30th birthday) started out great at this establishment, it turned tragic pretty quickly. When a friend in my group went to pay his tab, he was informed his credit card was lost. So instead of apologizing and trying to make things right, the manager of the bar (total low life, with the worst truck driver mouth) accused my friend of lying saying he had already closed his tab. Long story short, the manager couldn't handle the heat of us getting upset at their mistake so he had me escorted out of the bar because I was arguing over their mistake!!!! After calmly leaving the establishment on my own, the manger had the nerve to walk outside and continue yelling at me as if it was my fault his bartender lost the credit card....Total Bridgeton Tunnel ATTITUDE!!! The place reflects on the rude staff and lacks style or class!!! Take your $$ someplace else this place is the worst!

Pros: Hopefully people will read this review & pay attention

Cons: Manager , poor service

Ratings_icons Coming From a Slower Night...

icequeen41

I went to Red Sky after dinner on a Wednesday night around 11. This was a very slow night, there was about 6 or 7 people at the bar, including myself and my boyfriend. I preferred it this way. The bar had a very mellow, relaxed vibe to it. The place was roomy, nicely lit, and from any seat at the bar you could see a plasma TV perfectly. It was a very no-frills atmosphere, but please keep in mind this is coming from a slower night. The bartender was also very friendly, made me a self-concocted drink and told me it was on him if I didn't like it. There was also a very good selection of beers on tap, which my boyfriend enjoyed. I would definitely recommend Red Sky.

Pros: Plasma TVs, Music, Friendly Staff, Tap Beers

I was at red sky this past Saturday for the Uconn game and although they ended up losing to lsu, I haven't had that much fun in nyc in awhile. The 1st floor had flags and signs and was packed with uconn alum. The bartenders for the game were so nice and kept the drink specials flowing (which were cheap) and didn't make a dent in my wallet with $2 drafts. I was surprised also, how good the food was. Great touch with the uconn menu it reminded me of huskies and teds. It was nice that the owner herself a uconn alum was introducing everyone to everyone. I'm going to try and get as many people to show up at red sky this season. Go Huskies!!!

Ratings_icons Bad Birthday Party

jessbaro

Scheduled to have my birthday party there and it ended up being a complete disaster. My friends couldnt get in the bar. We had to go down and barter w/ the doorman each time another friend showed it - soo annoying. The bar was insanely crowded. You could barely get a drink. They said that they would reserve a table area for me and they did NOT. It was impossible to find someone worth talking to about it because you just couldnt find anyone - besides a bartender - who worked there. The night ended up being fine but that was only because I spent it with friends. I would NEVER go back to this bar for a night or a birthday party.

Pros: Music

Cons: Crowded, LONG LINE, management, no dancing area

Ratings_icons Severely overcrowded on Saturday night

ericj2k

Campy pop music, unappealing crowd, overpriced drinks. There are lots of single people here, but the phrase "quantity over quality" comes to mind. Who knows, I might have been one of the "quantity" or "quality" depending on who you talk to, but regardless I wasn't impressed. I had a good time becuase I was with my friends, but it would have been nice if I had been able to move. If you jump up in this bar on a Saturday night, you will not reach the floor again. This place looks like it seriously overbooked a number of parties and squeezed them into one night. The bartenders seemed pretty dilligent considering that they were serving to a very unruly crowd.

Pros: Good bar service, easy to find parking or reach by public transport

Cons: Crowded to the point where you can't move, campy pop music, average crowd

This is the perfect place to have drinks after work and take advantage of their happy hours. Its located in a not so busy street which makes it I believe a better location. Three floors, can't beat that. I recommend going upstair level instead to avoid the crowded bar on the first floor. Cozy and dark decor. Nice ambiance. Unfortunately is a bit far from me otherwise I would make it my usual hang out place.

gbs1000

Don't know why the exchanges below about this place, but here is what I've found: The Good - There are three floors that seem to attract different crowds. The first floor is a sports bar with lots of TV's and people cheering and eating while listening to rock music. etc/ The Second Fl Lounge is more for groups of people looking to chill/dance to a mix of hip hop/80's rock/pop. The Roof Deck when open is beautiful with lots of tables and waitress service. The Bad - The place at times can get over crowded with a loud, excitable crowd of people that can be annoying when you're trying to chill, which also get the Staff on edge. The Beautiful - Go there and check out the Waitresses and Girl Bartenders. Most of them are real cool as well.

Pros: 3 floors, atmosphere, waitresses, bartenders

Cons: at times too crowded

I've been there to watch sports. Ive been there to eat, to dance, to hang out on a roof deck and impress a girl, to celebrate an occasion, you name it! They have it all there, and you can tell that the guys who work there know what they're doing. It's not a cattle run - bring em in and get em out. It seems like they actually care if you come back or not - oh and try the spinach dip.

Pros: different scenes all in one bar

Cons: not too much else around it

Went to red sky after I hadn't been there in a couple months for a pre-party.. Was surprised to find that the new staff was extremely butt kissing if you know what I mean- there was a new dj playing very old school music, lots of teeny boppers, & unattentive bartenders- and managers running in circles. what happen to all the regulars and the flowing shots and crazy good time aspect? they messed up on my change for a $6 beer, two times, and the girl had to try many times to fill a pint glass of Bud. painful to watch. AND notice all the fake reviews below. come on red sky who are you kidding

Red Sky is always a fantastic time. The staff is friendly, the drinks flow, and the music keeps the poarty grooving. It is a great place to take large groups without the hassle of Paris and Lindsey style papparazzis and lines. Who cares about Lindsey and Paris anyways? They aren't nearly as much fun as the crowd at Red Sky. You will meet people from Manhattan ( not the burbs), there are always lots of hotties, and the crowd is friendly. By the end of any night at RedSky you will have new memories and many new friends. This is by far the best party bar in town.

Pros: Great crowd.

Cons: None

I had a surprise 30th birthday party for my wife and was very happy I chose Red Sky for it. The event staff was extremely accommodating and took care of everything we needed. The food was great and the bartenders and wait staff were so much fun. The three different levels had something for everyone. I highly recommend this place for your next party.

Just had a work party upstairs, had a great experience. All of the bartenders and managers were great to us. I had been there before and liked it, so I decided to throw a co-workers going away. I throw events all the time, after parties, pre-parties.. and I'm definitely coming back. Thanks again! What's going on Friday!?

Pros: Staff, Atmosphere

Cons: 4am

The place itself is very nice, and like a lot of other reviewers I now agree with them! The bouncers seemed to think they were working the door of some club in the meatpacking district. Literally everyone in line was there for a party (I think there were 4 or 5 that night) - NO ONE was just coming in randomly, and yet the bouncers still felt the need to give people a hard time about girl-guy ratios. At one point there was no one in line except for two guys and one girl who were all together (I was outside on the phone) and he would not let them in. Shortly after, three guys came together, also for a party, and the bouncer said they weren't getting in unless they paid him. I've been to a lot of NYC bars/clubs so I know how it works, but this is NOT the place where stuff like this needs to be going. I would discourage anyone who is thinking about having a party there to choose that place. It's really a shame, because once inside it's fun little place. The bouncers and managers probably turn off a lot of people who would otherwise likely really enjoy the place, and bring it a lot of business. Besides, isn't it the guys who buy all the drinks anyway?

Pros: agree with all the bad reviews

Me and about ten friends went there last thursday for one of my friend's birthdays. We didn't have a reservation, but when the manager found out about her birthday, he set aside the back table for us and gave us a round of drinks on the bar, even though the place was packed. the waitresses were very friendly and accomodating to us and the bartender sent us over a round of shots. while the second floor was closed to a party the scene downstairs was enough for anybody to have a good time. i definitely recommend the place to anybody!

Pros: cool place, nice staff, accomodating

Cons: 2nd floor closed

Ratings_icons My Wedding!

I am writing to express to you my extreme disappointment in your bar. I was SUPPOSED to have a party with you on Saturday night, August 5 after my wedding reception (yes my WEDDING). As with every detail of my wedding I was extremely careful to confirm and re-confim my reservation a 2 months, 1 month, a week and then two days before the wedding. I spoke with a girl named Jessica who I asked several times for a contract or if there was any deposit needed. I asked if you needed a guest list and you she said no and told me everything was fine. I had invited over 40 people, not only from my bridal party, but friends in the city who didn't attend the wedding. Now comes the horrible part. I arrived exactly when I said I would, around 12 midnight with about 15 of my guests, in my veil and dress, excited to keep the party going and the bouncer had no idea who I was. Not only had you lost my reservation, the bouncer was EXTREMELY RUDE to me and my 40+ guests not to mention unaccommodating.... I even tried to talk to the manager, who was no where to be found. Additionally, you had told me we could be on the Roof deck, which apparently CLOSES at 12 midnight, so I don't see how that was even possible. We waited for the rest of our guests and proceeded to BARNA, a few blocks down Park Avenue where they were extremely warm and welcoming. I would not recommend this place for any event, ever. You did not even call me to apologize and you can bet that this review will be posted on every NYC website over the next few days.

Pros: Barna

Cons: Event planner, Lost reservations
