After I moved from Cincinnati to Maryland I just didn't feel comfortable trusting my jewelry to anyone but Dean. He's a real pro and I trust him implicitly. Now I drop off my jewelry needs to Dean when ever I'm in Cincy and he takes care of what I need. I've mailed items to him to be sized or cleaned and he does the job and mails them right back. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were also reasonably priced for getting it sized. They also had a good selection of jewelery.
