After discovering water and mold in my "finished" basement (and on the sub-floor in my dining room), my insurance company referred me to Cleaner and Dryer. I was especially impressed that the owner of the this company came out to survery the damage. He looked at everything inside the house and outside and talked to me about what had to be done, how it would be accomplished, and in what timeframe. He spent almost two hours at my home. My gut feeling was to go with this company, and I asked him to get an estimate to my insurance company as soon as he could. He did, it was approved, and work on the house began within a week.
The crew of workers were polite, well-mannered and went out of their way to restore my house back to normal. When they discoved that part of the restoration needed, was normally not covered by homeowners insurance because it was outside damage to the structure, rather than turn to me, they recontacted my claims adjuster and got approval to repair so I could not have the financial burden placed on my shoulders. What a relief!. During the restoration period, the owner stopped by several times to make sure that the work was proceeding on time and that I was pleased with the work. I highly recommend them to anyone who is faced with a similar problem.
