Heatherington Paul - Cortland Dental Tech Ctr

I have been going to Dr. Harnett for more than 20 years. My two teenage daughters have also seen Dr. Harnett for their whole lives. They have never dreaded the dental experience because he and his staff are energetic as well as compassionate, meeting all of their dental needs. Dr. Harnett has also straightened both of my daughters' teeth using Invisalign braces. Their Orthodontic experience was wonderful being done in a fraction of the time of most of their friends. They went from beginning to end with their braces in six months. This was a major plus since my youngest daughter was turned down by a local orthodontist because of numerous health issues!!!!

Although no one looks forward to going to a Dentist, I alteast don't cringe as much when I do have to go since I started going to Dr. Harnett.
He and his staff make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. He is very gentle and takes great care when working on your teeth. If you are looking for a new dentist then difinately be sure and give his office a call.

Dr. Harnett and his staff are absolutely fantastic, they make you feel very relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Harnett tells you exactly what he is going to do and answers any questions that you may have. His staff is very friendly. When ever you go in for an appointment his scheduling is always on time. Even tho he and his staff are very busy they always schedule their appointments so that their is no waiting time, like some other appoointments that schedule everyone at the same time.

Dr. Harnett is a very personable dentist that makes an uncomfortable visit not too bad. He and his staff are very friendly and personable and really try to make you feel at home. They have a newly remodeled and up to date high tech facility with leather dental chairs. They cater well to children. They explain everything very well. If a dentist appointment can be great well this would be the place to go!

PROS: friendly, personable staff with a high tech facility
CONS: well it is a dental appiontment!
