My dog was very ill.....the Vet was honest and compassionate about my situation. They new I was on a tight budget and started with tests I could afford. Although it turns out I have to put Riley to sleep, I will continue to bring my future pets there. The prices are reasonable also, its nice for a change! The staff was very friendly.
We have always had great help from Dr. Clark and his staff at Kentown. We own 5 dogs and foster also, I have been to many vets and they either care for the puppies right and cost a fortune or they are cheap and cut corners on the puppies care to save cost. Dr. Clark has helped us with many cases of kennel cough, bed soars, ear mites, malnourished dogs with AD food, wheel chair dogs.
I would highly recommend Kentown and Dr. Clark to anyone.
Kentown killed my dog during a routine surgery. A couple of days after they butchered him, he bled all over the house. My husband rushed him over to a different vet who told us that the surgery was done in a non-sterile environment and that they screwed everything up down to the stitches/sutures. I payed the new vet over 4,000$ to try and save my dog. My dog had to have blood transfusions. They put my dog on hydro morphine, that's how much pain he was in. I cancelled my check to Kentown and all they had to say was that my dog was a good fellow. They knew they screwed up and they didn't come after me for the money I owed them. They basically admitted their own guilt. They should be shut down. My dog died after being at the new animal hospital for 5 days. They tried to save him but couldn't because he was too screwed by the time we brought him in. Every time I pass Kentown I get sick to my stomach.

Our experiences through the years with the staff at Kentown have always been very positive. The animals, if you call them that, in our family have always been treated well, and given the best of attention.
We feel this is the best vet's office this side of town and would freely recommend them to anyone wanting the best of care for their furry family members.
