Cut & Color Crew

Courtney has been cutting my hair since I was probably 12 years old. She has always done a fabulous job and I have always loved my new do! The rest of the crew members are fabulous additions as well. Now living in Wisconsin, I will probably get my hair done anytime that I can be back home in Ohio !.

After several bad experiences with other salons, I have finally found a place that I can depend on. I have been going to them for several years and have never left there unsatisfied. They are a wonderful and fun Crew of gals, of which I would highly recommend.

I was in town visiting my sister and she had an appointment to get her hair done. I went and they fit me right in and the cut was wonderful. I had wanted to get my hair highlighted, but never found anyone I trusted, but, after getting my hair cut, I went BACK the following week and had them color and highlight my hair. It turned out great. The only down side, I don't think I can make it back up there every six weeks,(I live in AL) but I would certainly make them my hairstylist for sure.

I always have had great experiences, from the crew. Great bunch, there fun, exciting and always have a great personality. They get me in and out in minimal time, I have never heard or read a bad review about the store or the staff, until I read the insider pages. Kind of shocked to read the one about removing the color from her hair, My thought is I guess you shouldn't have thought you were a beautician and put the dye in yourself if you was going to try and have someone else fix your mess up. Then complain for them trying to help your screwed up head. But anyway the crew is better off to have customers who appreciate good work and not complainers. Thanks again staff...

I went to get store-bought hair dye removed, and after sitting there for 2.5 hours through 2 processings and a dye job (I was promised at each step that it would be the last step), I came home looking the exact same as I went in, only down $75. I came back the following week to ask for a partial refund (I'm reasonable- they spent time and money on me, so I don't deserve a full refund, but why should I pay that much money for absolutely nothing?) and was told that the manager was not in but I should come back in a few days. I returned again and wasn't even allowed to talk to the manager. A receptionist listened to me, told the manager, came back and told me there would be no refund- I could have my hair colored again, with no guarantee that it would do any more good this time around, but that was it. All I really wanted was a token of good faith- throw me $20, even just $10, and I might have come back. Instead what I learned is that they have absolutely no customer appreciation and they lost my return business.

Owners Courtney and Taffy make your experience exciting, funny, and very homey! Their shop is wonderful and truly the best in the Lima Area! I appreciate everything that these ladies do for their community as well as for their customers. LOVE YOU GUYS!
