I have been going to curves for about 5 months and feel great. The workout is what you want it to be. You decide how hard or slow you are going to work out. All the while, you are talking to some of the friendliest girls around. I would recommend curves to anyone who wants to do something good for themselves. It only takes about 30 minutes.
PROS: Can go whenever I am able
CONS: Too short hours in the afternoon
