Slyman's Restaurant

Absolutely the biggest and best corn beef sandwiches I've ever had - ANYWHERE! And their other deli sandwiches are great, too. It's not just the quantity of meat, but the experience - this is authentic, and you can stay or get it to go. Not as convenient to downtown as you'd like, but a short drive and worth it!

Slymans has THE BEST CORN BEEF SANDWHICHES in Cleveland! They are a local Icon in this city and on St. Patricks Day, you can BET that there is a line down the street for one of these amazing sandwiches. Clean enviroment and good price for what you get. Anyone visiting Cleveland from out of town, must visit Slymans!

Slymans has the most amazing corn beef sandwiches. The sandwiches are so huge you can barely fit it into your mouth. You definitely have to go hungry! I've only ever had the corn beef sandwich here but they serve a wide variety of other sandwiches as well, all of which look simply fantastic. It can get busy but it's quite understandable since the food is so good. Trust me, it's worth the wait.

Slymans is a local icon. They feature MARVELOUS corned beef sandwiches as well as many other deli menu items. They even have breakfast, but are NOT open for dinner. The beef is corned and cooked on the premises and you can tell. The quality is just out of this world. They are VERY busy, but, really, it's worth the wait. For $6, you can get a corned beef and Swiss sandwich that will feed two people. They stack it on tall, 5" or more of melt in your mouth corned beef. Also, try their Turkey Reuben!

PROS: Great prices and quantities, best corned beef anywhere around!
CONS: Long lines, but, it's worth it!
