You need good help, even bare minimum decent help at the Lima locations. After giving my order in the drive-thru today (Harding Hwy location), the guy never said anything else. Finally I pulled up in line. Waited FOREVER and all I saw him give to the person in front of me was a drink. When I reached the window, he said he didn't get my order and could I give it to him again. I left......funny thing, when I pulled up, he asked how I was - frankly, you've taught your people stupid, lazy intros. You need to tell them to just say hello and ask what we'd like to have. We're not there to become best buds. Apparently asking how we are instead of just taking our order makes them lose the gist of why they're really there...service. Bad, bad service. Your location on North street is just as bad as this one.
