Steven Difranco is wonderful making beautiful pieces for you,if I can't think of a custom piece,he will.He has nice girls that work for him,there is a long blonde hair girl that is so charming and funny,she keeps me laughing as she shows me all the nice pieces.Keep up the great Art Steve,i won't go anywhere else.
I've been having Steve repair my jewelry for 25 years, since he was in his old store in Kirtland. He runs an honest, family business and there aren't many of those left. I always feel like I'm part of the family. Thanks Steve, Joe and everyone!
Great store, super customer service! It's great that a family owned store can have this quality of jewelry, along with an incredible selection. They treated my jewelry like it was worth a million dollars!

Buyers beware in this store!!!! They'll sell you nothing more than a good sales-pitch. Check your merchandise, folks. The workmanship is less than acceptable and once they have your money, they do nothing to rectify it. In fact, the owner Steven Difranco has even accused customers of damaging the jewelry themselves while picking it up at the store. His belligerent manner and the snide remarks from the girls behind the counter are completely inexcusable. If you are looking for professional, compassionate jewelers, it's best to keep looking.

I as well as many people I've reccomended have been doin business with Steven Difranco Jewlers for over a decade and I would never even consider anyone else! Don't hesitate to go there and feel completely satisfied.
DiFranco jewelers made many custom pieces for me over the years, including an amazing emerald / diamond ring beyond describing....and an incredible three stone diamond and sapphire band.....and more. Anything I can conceive of, Steve can make right there on site. If I can't think of it he can. He is state of the art, with the latest in equipment and supplies and ideas....He is trustworthy to the nth degree.
Now I read one review here that is clearly false, and has no basis in reality whatsoever. This business has been going on for over 30 years, successfully and with accolades from everyone I know who goes there. I say give it a try and see for yourself....you'll be here posting your positive comments before you know it!!!
