My wife wanted a band to match her wedding band ( so she could wear her engagement ring in the middle). I was a little anxious because she is very picky. Very. Anyway we went in and sat down and they walked us through the whole process. Took there time and helped us know what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. The ring came out beautiful . A perfect match. My wife could'nt be happier and neither could I.

Unethical, improper representation of 'hometown' jewerly store. My Grandmother's chain was taken in for repair and upon trying to retrieve her chain, I was notified that it was sold in Thurber's 'sidewalk sale.' Turns out, to their customers' dismay, any jewerly left after ONE year, it tossed aside and sold! Thurber's PAWN SHOP or Jeweler? You decide.

I went to Thurbers after my mom raved about their work and service...I had a wedding band made to match my antique 1920's engagement ring....it turned out perfectly.
The custom detailing is an exact match to my engagement ring.

It is worth it to drive a little extra distance to go to Thurbers Jewelers to buy jewelry because they go the extra distance to make sure that you are a happy customer. They custom make any type of jewelry for you and they do it well, so you end up with a piece that you will love and that is so well-made that it will last for years. They can also repair the beloved piece of jewelry or watch that you already own. Thurbers can be expensive, depending upon what you are purchasing, but considering that you are getting a high-quality, custom piece, it is definitely worth it.

PROS: High quality custom jewelry
CONS: Can be pricey

Thurbers Jewelers is a gem (no pun intended) in downtown Wadsworth. Bob and the gang are friendly, reasonable and know their jewelry. The store is classy yet welcoming, not snooty like some jewelry stores. You get personal service from someone who genuinely wants to make your purchase special. Thurbers is also active in the community, showing that they truly care about the area.

I recently went to Thurbers Jewelers for the first time and found the employees to be very helpful and courteous. So much to choose from and they even do repairs and appraisals. I had a watch repaired and found the price to be reasonable. Great location in downtown Wadsworth with convenient parking.

nice people. I went in looking for an engagement ring, and apparently I didnt fit their "Image" and they were not very helpful or nice. I ended up getting a 1 1/3 c diamond from Artistic Jewlers...
