Back in January I had just moved to the area and was looking for a new vet for my 4 dogs. I went to a few clinics to check them out and ask a few questions. The receptionist here was very nice and had no problem answering all my questions (I can't say the same for all of the places I visited!). When my oldest, an 11 year old German Shepherd started loosing weight, this was where I felt comfortable going. Dr. Melin was wonderful and listened to everything I had to say about Zeus, and was comfortable discussing options and answering any questions I had. The staff and both doctors were very great about returning my calls when we continued having problems after the visit. I appreciated the follow-up calls as well. Not long after the visit I had to euthanize Zeus, but I still am very grateful to the staff and doctors for what they did for us.

We just moved into the area and our first visit involved having to put our kitty of 15 years to sleep. The staff was wonderful, caring and very sensitive to both our kitty and us. They were comforting and reassuring, and afterward sent a lovely sympathy card. Really nice. On the same evening they met our Golden Retriever, Scout and the doctor diagnosed the possibility of cancer. Blood taken ASAP proved the diagnosis correct and we were directed to The Ohio State Veterinary Hospital. The prognosis is good with pharmaceutical treatments. All thanks to the kindness and competence of the Animal Care Hospital of Reynoldsburg. A lifetime of thanks from our entire family.

I pass this place almost daily and had a friend that rescued an animal from someone I knew. Well the animal started having serious issues immediatley from the poor care it had received. I always see their adoptions sign out and decided to call this place. The staff was very caring and helpful and although the animal didnt go to this one due to it being an exotic and better off being seen by an exotic's vet (which THEY recommended) they completely helped me locate a local exotics vet to take the animal to. The vet they suggested had NO relations to them which was really awesome IMO!
I would not think twice to take any domestic animal to them!

PROS: great staff..not just looking for a quick buck
CONS: wish they dealt with exotics
