William Effler Jewelers

I unfortunately had to get Effler Jewelers involved with a sale they did not perform. My husband bought my engagement ring in Cleveland and 2 years later, I noticed the stone loose. We had moved to Cincinnati and had to find a Jeweler who carried Simon G Jewelry. Efflers had the ring sent to Simon G and "supposely" repaired by the Designer. Well, I got the ring back with now a bezel. 2 years later the diamond fell out. I took back to William Efflers and the Jeweler there looked at the ring and said there was design flaw with the setting and sent it back to Simon G thinking they would stand behind their work. Simon G did not and William Efflers fought them for 3 weeks- And this being they had nothing to gain from it. Do to SImon G not standing behind their product, William Efflers has decided not to do business with them anymore. I was so impress that here is a business that was not business driven but solely on trying to help a non customer. I will definately do my business with them in the future for I was impress.
