I think the staff have fun here...They are friendly and helpful with the large selection of cards and gifts. The store is set up a little differently than other Hallmark stores and seems to be more user friendly in terms of that set up. I found OSU ornaments here on clearance after Xmas - special surprise!
Prices are aboutthe same as other Hallmark stores and the location is an easy on/off of 23 in the Kroger/Wal-Mart shopping center.
PROS: great staff, unique floor plan is user friendly
