If you think that this center is doing great translations you are wrong. Their translations are not accurate. I have found many mistakes in my translated documents. They missed numbers and put wrong date of birth!!! When I came to them back they told me that I have to pay them extra fee so they can correct THEIR mistakes and give me an accurate copy! I paid a lot of money for my translations! It seems that they hire guys just from the street to do translations. Three persons signed those translations and none of them saw simple grammatical mistakes and wrong numbers! And they told me that they read those translations! A GOOD TEST OF PROFESSIONALISM OF THEIR TRANSLATORS IS THEIR BEHAVIOR WHEN THEY ARE WRONG!!!! Can you imagine how aggressive they were?

The International Service Center has been a godsend for many immigrants in Cleveland. The agency offers translation in many languages and the service is really quick (only two days to translate a high school diploma). The Director, Mona, will go beyond her way to accommodate the needs of her clients. The receptionist is really friendly and helpful.
