I'm going back to Massillion from Indianapolis this weekend to pick up my gown and veil from Lindes. I can't wait! I arrived for my appt in October with my sister, aunts, and cousins in tow and from the beginning Rosa was so helpful! She allowed everyone to pull dresses for me to try and picked a few on her own after she saw what I liked. Wouldn't you know it, she picked the perfect dress! It wasn't one that I would have chosen on my own but it incorporated both the sexy and classic feel I wanted for my day! I have been to multiple bridal shops both in NE Ohio and in Indy and Linde's is by far the best! Rosa rocks!
I went to Lindes' earlier in the month after shopping at two other bridal shops for my wedding dress. The other shops never found me a dress that made me feel like a bride. However, Rosa at Lindes picked me out many beautiful dresses and finally "the one!" I was so excited and it was even 20% off! Lindes' always has gorgeous dresses for weddings and proms and the consultants are always very helpful and make me feel special.
I had a wonderful experiance with Rosa, she picked out dresses that would most flatter my figure and helped me in a very sweet way. I appreciated her time and effort to help me find the right dreses. Which I did, I am a happy bride to be with a perfect dress! I can't wait for my big day to come now!
Linde's Bridal was the third bridal shop that I went looking for my gown at and was by far the best! They had a nice selection of dresses, varying in styles and prices. Rosa was my consultant, and I recommend her to every one! She was extremely helpful, nice, and I never felt pressured by her. Rosa was honest when I asked her opinion on styles. She even went and found me more dresses than I originally picked out to try on, based off of my taste. My only complaint is that I was told that if I bought my dress in November, I would get a 20% discount and when I went in to buy it today, I only received 10% off. But hey, a discount is a discount, right?
After weeks of searching for the perfect wedding gown I found it at Lindes. Marie and the other staff are very helpful! Can't wait for my dress to come in :)
Linde's is the PERFECT store for buying your wedding dress! The prices are amazing! I had a small budget ($300-$500) and I found my dream dress in only an hour. Gail is the best! I highly recommend her, she knows her dresses!!
I called at last minute and Lindes fit me in to try on bridal gowns. Rosa was patient as I tried on many different styles to find the right one. I ended up finding a dress and a head piece to fit the look. Lindes is a great local business.
The staff was amazingly helpful at helping helping my daughter find a beautiful homecoming dress. There was lots to choose from, and the staff did a great job helping us find the perfect one for our price range. I would definitly recomend it.

I absolutely LOVED my experience here. The staff was so helpful and honest and did not try to push me into a gown that I did not like. I will for sure be going back for future purchases!
I went to Linde's after not being pleased with anything I found at David's Bridal, and not finding a dress I was completely in love with at a couple of other places as well. I was on a strict budget of under $500.00 and I couldn't find a dress I loved including alterations under that anywhere! At Linde's they had a 50% section that offered dresses I was interested in trying on. Rosa greeted us and went with us to the third floor to look at the $199.00 sale dresses, and I fell in love with the first one I tried on! I tried on some others and Rosa was so helpful with finding a dress that was right for my body type. Despite other reviews, she was constantly flattering me with how I looked in the dresses. Don't let the negative reviews discourage you, all other places make you feel like they just want your money, Rosa made me feel like she wanted to help me find a dress that fit my budget. She even threw in a discounted veil, and a discounted slip. My hair piece was 50% off as well! You will not find better prices that match the quality anywhere else! The selection of prom dresses was amazing as well! I will be taking my bridesmaids there to look as well. I had a wonderful experience here and love my dress!
My sister and I went wedding dress shopping here! We are having a wedding on the beach and I needed a light weight "beachy" dress, Rosa knew exactly what to offer! She pulled a few in my size that were very figure flattering and yet still very classy. The shop is very clean and the staff was wonderful, they were almost as excited as I was! ALMOST!
My daughter bought her prom dress at Lindes and the sales woman as just so pleasant and wonderful to work with. Leah was especially helpful. Thank you.
I went into Linde's excited because of all the beautiful prom dresses they have on display. When I got inside I felt a little intimidated by all of the wedding dresses. The place looks a lot smaller than it actually is. We went into the main area where all the prom dresses were and the prices were through the roof. Luckily, there was a third floor with cheaper prices. My mom really liked a dress that was on a manequin and I was unsure so I tried it on. I loved it. You can tell the dresses were well made. The employee that helped me was really nice and encouraging as well. She even zipped it up for me. This was the first dress that I tried on at Linde's. The dresses are all really gorgeous but the price can be a little much depending on what your range is. I have never shopped at a small locally owned store before, so I didn't know what to expect. I was pleased.
I have been all over town looking for my prom dress. My sister told me about Lindes and I was so happy we went there. Not only did I get special treatment from the girls, but I also found my dress and I love it. Everyone is so friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and to anyone who is looking for their special dress!!
I went to Linde's Bridal and Prom Dress shop tonight searching for a Prom dress and my experience was absolutely wonderful. I went in not really having any idea of what kind of dress I was looking for, but there were beautiful dresses everywhere that I knew I would find the perfect dress. It wasn't long before I was receiving help from all the women in the shop. I tried on at least eight different dresses and my consultant was very patient and helpful. It was so nice to have somebody show so much interest in helping you find the perfect dress. My consultant even helped give some ideas and picked a few dresses she felt would look good on me and let me try them on. Everyone was so helpful. I highly recommend Linde's to anyone who is looking for a beautiful dress. The service is outstanding and the quality of all the dresses will not let you down! As i mentioned, overall, the best part about Linde's is the way the consultants really show interest towards you finding the perfect dress. They really care about your choice. Before I left all the ladies said they loved my dress and wanted to see my prom pictures so they could see me in the dress! My consultant Milena Horn made my dress shopping experience enjoyable and Rosa helped pick out a beautiful dress for me!
Linde's was perfect. I was nervous about going wedding dress shopping--I didn't want to be overwhelmed by pressuring sales people or the overall commercial nature of places like David's Bridal. I was so pleasantly surprised with Linde's low key atmosphere.
Personally, Gail helped me and was absolutely fantastic. She let me pull a few dresses, and then once she got a feel for my style, picked out a few herself (that were right on). She was truly fantastic. I honestly don't have anything bad to say. I found my wedding dress in just over an hour after only trying on about 8 dresses. I couldn't have been happier.

The women were extremely helpful since this was our first time there. My daughter was looking for the perfect unique prom dress and she knew by shopping your store no one else at her school would have it. The dress WAS perfect for her and looked beautiful on. It was also not too painful on the checking account.
Linde's is the perfect place for any special day! I just purchased a beautiful, coral dress for my senior prom and it is amazing. The sales were great and the women were very helpful. My dad also lives in Pennsylvania so their layaway phone payments are perfect for us! 5 stars!
It was finally the day to prom dress shop! I was so excited but i didnt know where to go! My friend introduced me to Linde's and i fell in love. I didnt want to go to a big name store like everyone else goes to. I loved the small place. The people there were GREAT! I was so happy with everyone. they were very welcoming and very patient. All the dresses i tried on where laced up the back. And they laced me up everytime. The prices were decent and it was overall a great experience with my mom. Dont listen to the bad comments. They were probably just having a bad day and every little thing ticked them off :)
Its always a delight to go to Lindes!! They always make us feel special!! The entire staff!! We have purchased several beautiful dresses and my daughters always find that PERFECT dress!!! Thanks again !!! The Shapuite girls!!
I was referred to Linde's by a co-worker and found the shop to be wonderful! The building itself is very neat inside, many floors of dresses! I was also helped by Rosa who was wonderful. We started up top on the clearance floor where I ended up finding an $1,800.00 dress that was marked down to $199! I would highly recommend this place!
I had an appointment at Linde's this past Saturday. We were immediately greeted by Jim Rubin, the owner, who told us the history of the shop, and about all of the collections they have. He introduced us to Gail, the store manager, who let us look around and pull dresses. The dressing room was comfortable, not at all cramped like at the cookie-cutter shops. Gail was very knowledgable and helpful. She was very laidback, and I never felt pressured to buy anything. I feel in the love with my dress, and I can't wait to wear it for my May 2012 wedding! I had a wonderful experience, and will recommend this shop to everyone!
I really hope that the two negative reviews don't stop you from going here. I had an appointment today to try on a wedding dress that I have been searching for. When I got there, I was greeted by Rosa, an extremely friendly and outgoing consultant. She had no problem with the amount of dresses I was pulling and suggested dresses that would look good based on my figure. We were in a small dressing room for a minute, but were quickly moved to the larger room. Rosa made me feel extremely comfortable and offered her honest opinion on dresses. I am only 5'3 and have been having difficulty finding a cut that looks good on a shorter gal. I fell in love with a La Sposa dress (they are one of the only salons in Ohio that carries this line) and bought it off the rack. I was offered a generous discount for purchasing off the rack and found all of their prices to be reasonable and much cheaper than online listings of prices. I have been to 4 other stores and nothing compared to my experience at Linde's today. I am thrilled to have worked with Rosa and Jim and to have had such a wonderful experience at Linde's Bridal and Prom. Love them! Oh, and if you ask Rosa, she has been here for 5 years, but has been in the bridal industry for 25 so I'm not sure where you got your information.

I have been VERY impressed with the service I have received at Linde's Bridal and would highly recommend them to anyone. I live about an hour and a half away and wanted to show my mother-in-law and sister-in-law my dress. On a Saturday I strolled in right at closing time and Rosa stayed over and helped me into my dress to show my in laws. Very cool of her and something she totally did not have to do! I have been in several weddings over the years and although I was just a bridesmaid then, I would still recommend this shop over Coming Attractions, Doreen Leaf, Alfred Angelos in Boardman and ALWAYS over David's Bridal (They have messed up my orders on 3 separate occasions...... ) Maybe you pay a little more but you will save yourself the hassle and frustration of dealing with poor customer service at other bridal shops....... My experience at Linde's was different with Rosa. She was pushy and told me I'd look better if I lost a few pounds because she was trying to sell me a dress that didn't fit me and she was in a rush to help everyone else. She HAS NOT worked at Linde's for 25 years she worked at a different bridal salon in North Canton because she helped my mom get a dress for my bro's wedding. I didn't buy there because she pissed me off so bad.
It is a local owned shop and the people are so friendly.
I went to Linde's on 2/15/2010. My consultant was Rosa, she's been there for about 25 years.
She was so nice and very helpful. I have a bit of a belly, so I told her I was looking for something light in fabric, not a heavy satin and something that would hide my belly.
She was very honest and told me why dresses looked good on me or why they didn't without being rude.
I loved the experience I had at Linde's and I will go there for any occasion dress that I need!
This place is horrible. I only had my alterations here thank god. They confirmed an appointment with me when in reality it was on a different day. So I drove FOUR HOURS to go to Linde's and my dress was not there. I was told that I was there on the wrong day after my confirmation!!! They would not give me a price adjustment on the gown. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Especially is you want a stress free bridal experience!
Their customer service was horrible. I had an appointment.for a month and a half to have my girls try on bridesmaid dresses and the lady that was so called "helping" us was very rude and unprofessional. She could not answer any of my questions or lead us in the right direction. She was helping about 5 other girls and trying to help us as well. As a bride, her wedding is the most important day of her life and I have never dealt with such rude staff before. I would never recommend anyone to purchase any type of dress there. They were extremely overpriced!
I am in a wedding and the bride is using Lindes for her dress and the bridesmaids dresses. They were very helpful if you needed it, otherwise they left you alone. They have all the designer brands and can order many things but they don't have very many dresses in the store for you to try on. It's more looking at catalogs. The prices weren't really any different from any other bridal store.
