TLC gives me peace of mind when I need to travel out of town. The care and love my pets receive when I am traveling is a great comfort. I have been a client of TLC for over 10 years. The personal care and attention my pets receive is priceless for me. Sharon Brown is a conscientious, caring person who truly loves taking care of her clients and their pets. TLC and Sharon are at the top of my list when it comes to service and satisfaction.

I have been using TLC Pet Companions' services since 1999 and find the personal service and care for my pets to be exemplary. Sharon and her team have gone above and beyond in several instances and I have full trust in them. They are the best!

Where in the world can we ever begin to say enough positive about
TLC?? We feel so fortunate to have found TLC to have helped take care of our beloved basset hound Dawber. When Sharon (owner )
came into our lives, we were so blessed. She treated not only Dawber, but both of us with so much kindness. We knew that he was being cared for as if he was Sharon's own pet. She certainly is
one of a kind!! A true lover of all pets!!

Over the past 5 years, we used TLC'S daily pet sitting and boarding service. Our work schedules are crazy, but we never had to worry
about Dawber receiving fantastic care. Sharon and her staff made sure we had the best possible attention given to Dawber. When we boarded Dawber for a weekend or longer, we felt so confident he was being treated the same ( if not better ) than when he was home.
Sometimes we wondered if he wanted to stay at the TLC facility instead of coming home!!

Looking back over the past 5 years with TLC/Sharon Brown, we
feel complete satisfaction with her business. Her kindness and compassion surely shows through the wonderful care she gives
our "furry" friends....

Thanks Sharon for being such a wonderful asset to the pet sitting business!!

I left my four legged friends in Sharon's care for the first time when I visited Paris in December of 2008. When we arrived at TLC, I was impressed by the facility and with Sharon's easy interaction with my little ones. (The guys were impressed with her amazing selection of treats and toys!)I felt completely confident in leaving for my vacation.While I was away, one of my guys had a seizure. He survived, and I'm pretty sure it had much to do with Sharon's expert care and TLC. For as long as we're in the Columbus area I can't imagine leaving my guys anywhere else but the TLC Pet Cottage.Thanks Sharon!!!Kathleen Conlon

I have used TLC for pet sitting for many years. My cat is chronically ill and on many medications. Sharon and her team have taken great care of him, in particular when I was called away for 3 weeks because of a family illness. I have found TLC to be dependable, professional and truly interested in my pet's well-being. She always spends time playing with him and leaves a detailed report of what has happened while you are away. She is also very aware of the house and the surroundings when you are away. Highly recommended.

Our 6 year Golden Retriever Luke, has spent many vacations at TLC! Sometimes up to two weeks. We are blown away by the care and love he receives while he is there. He is treated like part of the family! We go away without one worry and know our "son" is happy,safe and treated as if he were with us. I have always said that the key to a good kennel is how a dog is when he comes home. Luke comes home from TLC with energy, eating and as perfect as when we left him. He loves "Aunt Sharon" and we do too!!!! I would highly recommend TLC!!! The care is as close to home that you could find in Central Ohio!!

I have been using Tender Loving Care Pet Companions pet sitting services for over 10 years. I travel regularly for business and use TLC exclusively and frequently. I trust Sharon and Kelly with my cats, some of whom have medical issues. I feel confident leaving my cats in their hands. I know that they will get great care and lots of TLC in my absence. I can't imagine using any other pet sitting service! My cats and I highly recommend TLC to other pet owners in the area!

Our adorable dog, Booker Dean, is very picky about his lifestyle...which is why we choose TLC Pet Cottage to be his 'home-away-from-home.' I feel good leaving our little guy with "Aunt Sharon" (Owner) and trust that he is always well taken care of. She provides the personal attention, extra love and comfortable environment that all of our furry friends deserve. Booker is always excited when we pull up into the beautifully tucked-away Pet Cottage and simply always has the best time during his visits! I completely recommend and trust TLC Pet Cottage!

This has been my only Pet Sitter for 15 years. Before Sharon started her kennel she came to my home, and is the only person I have trusted my 4 dogs care to. When you have someone you trust with your house key while you are gone, it makes your time away so nice knowing everything at home is taken care of. Sharon always saw that the mail was in, lights rotated and always took time to leave a note about my dogs day. Now Sharon is running her kennel, and I know the special attention my dogs received then, is the same she gives them at the kennel. My dogs always love when Sharon comes to visit, or they go to visit her. You truly know Sharon and her staff care about your dogs well being while you are gone. This is a top notch person with an impeccable reputation!

We have been depending on Sharon and her team for all our pet caring needs for 8 years now. We started having her come to our home for our 2 cats when we had vacations or business trips. Now that we have a dog too, we are so glad we have a dependable, caring, and FUN place for Alex to visit when we have to be away from home. He loves to stay at Pet Cottage and play with the other puppies and Sharon and her crew make a big fuss over him with lots of personal attention (and treats!) We can relax knowing he will be well cared for, as will our cat!

While I realize that a lot of folks are very happy with Sharon (as I used to be as well), her recent actions has caused me to reconsider endorsing her services.

While Sharon has taken care of my pet, who has a lot of medical issues and special needs, over the last 5+ years (which for the most part has done a wonderful job) she abruptly ended service with no warning, no explanation and unfortunately left my pet to sit in my home all day without going potty.

I provide Sharon with my pet's schedule a month in advance and the recent schedule that was submitted clearly outlined well in advance of when I needed her services.

As a result of this negligent behavior my pet spent the entire next day at the vet being treated (which cost me $300!). Thank goodness for my vet's expertise & professionalism and now my pet is doing just fine.

I've made several attempts to reach out to Sharon to understand why she ended her services with no warning or explanation whatsoever, and she has refused to take any of my calls or respond to my e-mails. I'm truly at a loss as to why she chose this course of action.

Sharon 's recent behavior comes as a complete shock to me and I cannot for the life of me understand how she could let my pet sit at home all day knowing he has special needs and not once notify me that she had no intention of taking care of him.

And to not give me any notice whatsoever to make other arrangements for my pet sitting needs is simply unprofessional.

We have boarded Fey with Sharon at TLC, several times when we have needed to be out of town. She takes excellent care of her, takes time to know about her and what she likes for food and toys. I can relax when Sharon is watching her

Our dog Ralphie never wants to leave TLC once he gets there. It's a bit embarrassing, really, when he doesn't want to come home with us, but it's also very comforting because we know he's so happy there.Sharon and her family treat their guests (and owners) like family. There's really nothing else that needs to be said ... your pet will love being there, so don't fret when he doesn't want to go home! It's surely not a reflection on you. Instead, it's because he's been treated with a tremendous amount of TLC.

TLC has been providing pet sitting services for our family for over 10 years now. I can always count on Sharon to take care of my pets just as she would take care of her own. She often goes above and beyond the call of duty and to make sure everything at home is taken care of while we are away.
I whole-heartedly recommend Sharon and TLC. They always give me such peace of mind.
And the pups (Abby, Gus, Gracie and George) LOVE her too.

Sharon has taken care of my dogs and cats for going on 10 years now. I trust her completely and wouldn't have anyone else watch my "babies" when I am away. Sharon's prices are very competitive, and I know my pets will receive the best care possible, either in the TLC Pet Cottage or at our home. Our American Eskimo, Alex, loved to visit Sharon at the Pet Cottage, because he was the honorary Office Manager :) Sadly, he passed away a little over a year ago, but for 10 of his 17 years, Sharon was one of his favorite people. It's always scary when you leave your pet in someones care, but with Sharon, I never had a worry. ADK
